Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel, leider haben einige Services, die für ein vier Sterne Hotel zu erwarten sind, gefehlt. Das Restaurant war von der Qualität der Speisen sehr gut, der Service, insbesondere der ungelernten jungen Bedienungen war teilweise unterirdisch. Die Preise waren überteuert. Hinzu kam, dass das Personal des Restaurants abends noch privat gefeiert und damit die Nachtruhe gestört hat. Ich habe in der gesamten Woche sehr schlecht geschlafen, weil Lärm durch Zuschlagen der Türen oder aus dem Restaurant nach Ladenschluss zu hören war. Hinzu kam tagsüber Baulärm vom Nachbargrundstück, von morgens bis spät nachmittags, der das entspannen am Pool erheblich beeinträchtigte.

Natürlich finden wir das auch ärgerlich, aber leider können wir selbst nichts dagegen tun. Wir freuen uns zu lesen, dass Ihnen das Essen im Restaurant geschmeckt hat. Das Restaurant ist vom Hotel getrennt, so dass wir in Bezug auf die Preise und die Unannehmlichkeiten für das Personal nichts dagegen tun können, aber wir werden dies auf jeden Fall an sie weitergeben!- Ocean Breeze

The only dislike would have been that our shower drain would rattle early in the morning, we just took off the drain cap and no more rattling. I actually feel a bit bad for writing that, because everything else was SUPER NICE! 9/10.

Was very small and well organized. No phones in the rooms and limited access to desk help as it closes completely after about 5 PM. No shuttle service to the airport.

Thank you for your review Craig. It is indeed true that we do not have a shuttle to and from the airport. Our front desk is open daily between 8am and 7pm. Perhaps our receptionist was not at the front desk, but in a room when you came by.

I liked that I could walk to the airport. They have a gate that they close at night and have a fob that you can still get in and out. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The WiFi was good especially for an island WiFi! There was not any complimentary coffee or complimentary anything. It was nice that there was a fridge and A/C. There was only an electric tea pot in the room but no coffee. The remote to the TV did not turn on the TV, this was ok because I did not watch any TV after that because the WiFi was good so I used my VPN to watch Hulu and Netflix instead.

Very nice place to stay on Bonaire. Nice rooms, we had one with a balcony on the marina side which was great! Nice pool and restaurant. Recommend to rent a scooter or car to go around to a beach or to Kralendijk.

Huone siisti. Siivous 3-4 päivän välein. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Ei ympärivuorokautista vastaanottoa. Hotellin yhteydessä oleva ravintola/allasbaari oli erillinen, joten siellä ei voinut tilata mitään huoneen laskuun. Allasalue ihan ok. Jos halusi varmistaa illallisen ravintolassa, usein kannatti varata pöytä etukäteen. Lähin muu ravintola toisessa hotellissa n 10 min kävelyn päässä. Keskustaan käveli n. 35 min. Lähin hiekkaranta 10 min kävelymatkan päässä lentokentän vierellä. Se oli hyvä snorklausranta, jossa myös liikkuva hampurilaisten myyntipiste.

Bedankt voor uw review! Wij snappen dat het erg vervelend is dat de Wifi niet naar behoren werkte! In eerste instantie leek het om een algehele storing te gaan, waar wij niks aan konden doen. Pas later bleek dat het aan onze kabel lag! Wij hopen dat u desondanks een fijn verblijf heeft gehad en hopen u in de toekomst weer te mogen ontvangen in ons hotel!

Only stay here as a transition to to/fro the airport for just 1 night and nothing more than that as there is nothing else around it. Convenient walk to the airport as a back packer with few luggage less than 5mins

NO LOGRAMOS CANCELAR A TIEMPO!
Lamentablemente NO PUDIMOS USAR la reserva! La compañía de aviación COPA modificó nuestro vuelo y esa noche tuvimos que dormir en PANAMA! Es decir esta reserva la perdimos pues no logramos cancelarla a tiempo! En Panama reservamos también con HOTELS y estuvo muy bien!

The bedding was comfortable. The overall space of the room and the layout was nice. There was not enough parking which was difficult. I was without a coffee maker the entire trip, which I requested three times and was basically ignored. The desk staff seemed disinterested. Because of the desk staff and management, I will not be staying here again which is a shame since I come about 12 weeks a year to stay at Bonaire.

Boa opção, mas precisa melhorar.
Relatos de hóspedes devem ser utilizados não apenas para interessados em locações futuras, mas também pela gerência do estabelecimento, como crítica construtiva; espero que meu relato cumpra também com esse segundo propósito. Estrutura maravilhosa, num local muito agradável de se passar uns dias, tudo muito limpo, com capricho e organização. Mas falta flexibilidade e boa vontade por parte dos atendentes (tanto do hotel quanto do restaurante em anexo) em querer ajudar com coisas básicas. A recepção fica aberta das 8h00 às 19h00. Cheguei às 19h30 no dia do check in e meu vôo no dia do check out era às 8h45...então já fugiu da normalidade de uma chegada com orientações pessoais...mas eles deixam uma carta com a chave, com tudo explicado; até aí passa. Minha estadia era de 8 dias. Bonaire é um local caro (alguns dias eu me programo para comer no quarto do hotel mesmo). No quarto tinha frigobar, varanda com mesa, duas colheres e um abridor de garrafas de cerveja e vinhos. Logo que cheguei, como não tinha ninguém na recepção, fui ao restaurante perguntar se podiam me emprestar 2 pratos, 2 jogos de talheres e duas taças de vinho. A garçonete me disse que não podia fazer nada, porque o restaurante não faz parte do hotel...são coisas distintas. Só que nas regras da piscina, é proibido levar bebidas e comidas; mas se você pedir um vinho no restaurante, você pode apreciá-lo num balde de gelo, com taças de cristal na beira da piscina. E porções também. Poucas melhorias, a nota vira 10.

Great location across from the airport, close to great dive sites. Room was Spartan and small. Huge shower with huge shower head. Other than a small fridge, nothing but a hot pot for boiling water. No cups, no coffee or tea, only 2 small glasses. No ice cube trays nor place to get ice. A small microwave would have really been nice, as food on the island is OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE. Needs a dunk tank for dive gear and a clothesline. Bed was comfortable, but needed a real blanket in addition to the thin bedspread. I’d stay there again if they had a way to cook food in the room.
