110% cannot stay
The worst 3stars hotel I ever stay in. And I'm a regular traveller. 1st room given- air-conditioning not working, change another room, air-conditioning a bit better but you can sleep without clothing and still no need to cover with the blanket.😥😥. Furthermore the toilet door is demage and cannot be closed!

Not clean, smelly, does not qualify for any star
MIs Represents as 3 star but does not qualify for any star. Not clean, Smelly all over. No hangers to hang the cloths. No toiletries provided. It spoiled my vacation of wasting my 2 days in 4 days to look out for another hotel. The photos shown are also Mis-representing. However, after pointing out some of these issues which was accepted by their staff, agreed to stay for 1 day as courtesy ( also otherwise they may report 'No show) which was agreed & signed by the staff on the voucher.

Room for improvement
The hotel had an unpleasant odour including the lobby and room. The toilet was not clean and I had to clean it. Service was much to be desired.

Because this hotel is at Bukit Bintang,
First impression is lobby very small and narrow, hotel staff no uniform can't differenciated customer or hotel staff, The corridor to room carpet is wet. The room is small, luggage stool did't provide, luggage has to put on the floor so hardly to walk' The cabinet is small and attach mirror hanger is spoil. no hair dryer. Toilet w.c beside is is shower, after taking shower the w.c is all wet. The shower holder is spoil and shower head water is dripping is not spray out the water. The shower also to closer to door cause the water drip from door to room floor, so the timber floor is spoil and damage, the hotel management is just cover with floor mat, but when door open outward push the floor mat then the damage floor can see very obvious.

Awful Experience!
Booked this hotel for a 4-person family room since there were no other available hotels as we planned our KL trip last minute. Nothing's good except it is located at Bukit Bintang. Room condition/hygiene is very poorly maintained. Very very very noisy at night (up to 1/2 am!) due to nearby Karaoke and car horns. Will never ever stay in this hotel again!!

Terrible experience
We had booked for 3 nights, and we moved twice. First night was from room 601 to 701 reason being aircon stuffy. 2nd night was from 701 to 401 reason being water leaking from ceiling. But bouquets to the indian guy who assisted us in the checkin. He was friendly n helpful. the Wifi was breaking off half way n reconnecting though there were many floors to gain wifi. The bathroom was more like a closet barely any space to move. Cockroaches were found in the room. Noise was expected as it was the bkt bintang area.

Not a clean hotel
This hotel is a budget hotel as we expected. The room was very run down, fridge only worked when you were in the room. But the biggest problem and why we left after only staying 1 of our 5 nights was it was not clean. The beds had been slept in previous, the bathroom was full of mold. When reception come to change the sheets the first night, they only had I stained one and the other bed, they just brushed the nest of hair out and said the maid would change it at 9am. At 3pm when we left for another hotel no one had been. Of a night there are also men that appear to be off the street just sitting around in the lobby making the place smell. We found the hotel consistent with the guinene poor reviews on the Web sites. We paid twice as much as we should or as we booked early and would not recommend.

Comfortable hotel
Location was marvelous as well as the breakfast with lots of variety. Had lunch in the hotel, the food was good definitely worth the price, the room was really clean and comfortable, staffs were friendly and helpful.

Totally recommend
Very well decorated and apportioned rooms - lovely to return to each day to relax and unwind. Will look forward to seeing the alterations and neighboring construction completed. Nice to see one or two familiar faces still in the staff from our last visit a year ago.

Recommended for families
Only spent one night there as was in transit, but hotel clean and within walking distance to main shopping centers. Staff were polite and very helpful. Room was quiet and comfortable, with WiFi available.

Room could be improved, location and staff great!
Hotel is very well location, easily reachable by public transport from the transtation, and nice busy streets for eating and shopping. Room itself could have been better, floor panels were loose and with holes and the free internet was very unstable. Nonetheless, staff was really friendly and location was good so overall pleasant stay.

great location but........
first off all, the title said it all, this hotel location is superb. Alor street maybe 100 step away, the GOKL free bus is around 500 m, Low Yat plaza is less than 100 m , pavilion mall less than 500 m. THE PROBLEM IS the breakfast, since their restaurant is closing, they give you fast food like KFC (first day something like twister lite with 3 coffee for me , wife and 13 yr old boy), second day they promise me McD, and they could not AFFORD it by saying the mc d is open around 10am, and the third day they did not give me anythihg. I bought for 4 people rooms (family suite) they give me family room because there are only 3 of us, they APOLOGISE lately after friendly chit chat, and offer me an upgrade to the fam, suites. TIPS if you want to have your room cleaned, YOU MUST GIVE THEM the room key and ASK THEM TO MAKE UP YOUR ROOM. Conclusion: if you want room just for sleep and clean up, did not mind the room size, no bfast, THIS IS IT!

The hotel was accessible
The hotel was accessible to transport, food stalls, and malls. The room was just fine for a couple though the toilet was relatively small but was acceptable for this budgeted hotel. For traveller that needs for sleeping comfort, i could recommend this hotel.

Crappy hotel but good location
Breakfast is really crappy. Will suggest got to mcdonalds and kfc its just a 5min walk. 30min walk to twin tower. Ask assistance to the reception they are helpful and accomodating. But this hotel is rundown. Shabby one. I was here with my friend. We were both girls. No fire exit! Can't even consider it a 3 star.

You get what you pay for.
Front desk struggled with check in. Upon arrival there were people(obviously not hotel guests) hanging out and one person sleeping in the lobby. Coming and going during my stay the staff never offered so much as a smile and most times didn't even look up from their computer or phone screen. The room was old. Black mouldy crud surrounded the wash basin, a leaky fixture in the WC made for a wet floor. Bugs coming out of the drain and long black hairs on the floor as well. I understand this is a budget hotel but you could do better.

ロケーションも良く、値段も安いですが、以下の理由から、利用しないことをお勧め致します。 客室について：客室は風通しが悪い為、湿気が充満しており、壁にはカビが目立っていました。またシーツも気持ち悪いくらい湿っていました。部屋は小汚い印象です。シャワーはお湯がきちんと出ましたが、洗面台は水が詰まりやすかったです。 スタッフの対応：旅行カバンをフロントに預けましたが、要求しても控えを貰えませんでした。案の定、戻ってきたらスタッフが交代しており、連絡ミスでカバンは預かってないと言われ、10分以上口論した末に漸く出てきました。最後にはスタッフ同士が罵り合う始末。。

The location of the hotel is right in the centre of all activities in Bukit Bintang. A lot of shopping malls nearby. The staff were excellent. Had a Pleasant stay.

Not recommended to anyone.
Not really satisfied with the look in the room. Dirty walls..poorly furnish room. Not worth recommend to anyone. Bfast not provided, need to pay extra for it. Trasportation sich as Taxi service charged too high 120rm to KLIA.. it's better to take taxi on your own. Towel provided looks old.

Sämsta hotellet på hela vår resa. Wi-fi fungerade inte på vårt rum och personalen hjälpte inte direkt oss med glädje utan var generellt väldigt otrevliga under hela vistelsen. Bokningen lovade badrock och duschartiklar vilka ej fanns i rummet. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade inte först utan personalen fick ordna med den för att få den att funka. Fullt med damm under sängarna. Tur vi bara stannade en natt

We had read the reviews before our reservation, so most of the things we found were not an surprise. Pro's: Excellent location near several shoppping malls, restaurants, food courts and so on. Staff was helpful and active. Con's: Breakfast starts at 9.30 if it starts at ll. for us, this time is way too late when we are touring the city. So, we opted on eating in cafeteria on a mall. Our room had wallpaper with large stain, which was covered partially by planting an another wallpaper on top of it. Hole in the bathroom door was fixed by putting tape on top of it. Water heater for our shower was probably broken, so we did not get hot/warm water in the shower. Additionally, our bedsheets were not changed nor the bed was made but then, I'm not totally sure if it was part of the deal. It is just something that we are gotten used in hotels we stay. If the people running the hotel read this, piece of an advice: Please, just spend like an hour ort two per room fixing the small problems and you will be getting better reviews.

Horribly filty hotel.
Worst experience I have ever had. This hotel is in terrible shape it is very dirty smells of sewer in bathroom. Beds were dirty, linen had not been changed, pillows were horrible, wall paper is missing on the walls other parts are falling off, bathrooms are very old. No tea and coffee or fridge as it says in the add no phone in room. Walls full of fungus. Carpets discusting in hallways. 3 horrible nights. Could not wait to get out. Reviwes are not genuine for sure. Only one guy Waseem at reception was very nice to us.

Good enough for price.
Staff very friendly but seemed to be new management we asked for rooms to be cleaned and they would replace everything, everyday even sheets and pillow cases which was nice but needed to remind to replace water and toilet paper and bathrooms and fixtures never appeared cleaned or wiped over.... But travelling through Asia I'm starting to think standards of cleanliness is a cultural thing. Overall it was good enough and staff respnded to most concerns quite quickly.

Few days in KL
Had a pleasant stay here. Staff were very polite. Hotel at very convenient location just next to Pavilion Shopping Mall and 5 minutes walk to mono rail. A great hotel located in the heart of KL. Excellent quality hotel with great features and attentive staff. Rooms are spacious and very clean.

Free upgrade to deluxe suite , room are very nice , king size bed and comfortable mattress , free water,coffees and wifi. Service good n fast. Location is superb main Jalan Bukit Bintang surrounding many mall, restaurent,club,foot massage etc. really very entertainment area.
