Perfetto!
Ottimo hotel in zona strategica e molto tranquilla a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di kyoto. La nostra camera era un appartamento dove era presente anche la lavatrice oltre che a frigo microonde e fornelli. Molto confortevole e lo consiglio vivamente!

A real gem.
Don't be put off by the outside - this hotel is a real gem. Warm, friendly staff. Comfortable, traditional rooms. Ideally placed to explore Kyoto, whilst being only a few minutes walk from the main station. Highly recommended.

人多同住體驗不錯！
離京都車站確實有段距離，步行約10分鐘，此區同集團及同類型民宿很多，官網對於『初次』到京都投宿的民眾，介紹不夠詳細，不容易找到。 此次6人行入住3F(2個房間1個合室1個廚房1個廁所1個浴室)對於空間及品質沒有不滿意，但亦無特別覺得好就一般般，民宿沒有電梯也比較不方便；但有洗衣機及暖氣系統，對於需洗衣的朋友，掛浴室開乾燥可以隔天就乾，很方便。 6人入住3晚，每晚每人住宿稅200日圓，共收取3600日圓，在入住前mail通知裡雖告知需收費，卻對收取標準及該付多少住宿稅特地迴避，到現場才確實計算要你付費，感覺不是很好。 京都是唯一住宿費用有無達到收取標準，都會收最少200日圓/人的地區，請注意！

Will stay again!
This is my second stay, with many more to come, I'm sure. The hotel is located in a quiet area but within easy walking distance from Kyoto Station. Room is cozy, clean, and generously equipped with a washing machine. Staff are very friendly, as ND provided housekeeping service every four nights--very adequate. Highly recommended.

1. 위치는 교토역에서 히가사혼간지 쪽으로 걸어가시다가 쇼세이엔 쪽으로 가시면 되요 캐리어 끌고가기 힘들지 않았는데 가는 길에 공사하고 있어서 좀 그랬어요 2. 침대가 너무 푹신해요! 아침 비행기라 잠을 잘 못잤는데 정말 꿀잠 잤네요 ㅎㅎ 3. 화장실이 환기가 잘 안되는건지 화장실이랑 주방쪽에 약간 습한냄새? 그런게 나요... 그나마 침실이랑 분리되어있어서 방에서 난방하면 방에는 냄새 안났어요 4. 주변이 주택가라 대체적으로 조용하기는 한데 건물 옆으로 차가 지나가는 소리는 좀 들렸어요 5. 방이 좀 좁기는하지만 가격대비 정말 훌륭한 곳이라고 생각합니다. 교토에 점심때쯤 도착해서 짐 맡기려고 갔는데 아마 식사중이라 자리를 비우셨던것 같아요 그래도 전화하니까 금방 오셨고 룸 준비가 다 되서 바로 올라갈 수 있었어요. 다시 교토로 가도 가고 싶은 숙소에요

Will happily stay again
Wonderful. Very spacious room fully equipped. I loved the bath room with advancing climate control system. At the event of late check in, phoned them following the instruction and staff was very helpful. It was quiet. The location was brilliant once you know the transport.

저렴하게 혼자 묶기에 좋음
저렴하게 잘 묵었습니다. 하지만 두명이 쓰기엔 좀 비좁은 감이 없지 않아 있어요. 교토역에서 십분정도 걸리며, 주로 걷거나 버스를 이용하였습니다. 동네 근처에 다른 새로 지은 게스트하우스가 많은거 같네요, 검색 잘해보시길 바랍니다.

Best hotel
Close to Kyoto station. The room is big and comfortable. Got washer, TV, WIFI, computer, better than most hotels we have stayed. Well worth the money spent. Will definitely stay again if visit Kyoto in the future.

Great location, little disappointed in service
The guest house is in a great location just a short stroll to Kyoto station and in a quiet location. We stayed for six days and the staff did not clean the room in that period. Staff were not as helpful as staff in other hotels.

Fantastic location
京都駅から徒歩10分ほどで、近くのヨドバシカメラ内のスーパーで食料品は手に入り、ロケーションは抜群でした。受付の対応もよく、部屋はすこし狭いですが、快適でした。Great location with only 10 minutes walk from Kyoto station. We could get all the food we need at the supermarket in the Yodobashi-camera nearby. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the comfortable stay although the room was rather small.

가족과 함께 머물렀는데 (3명) 별 5개 이상 주고 싶을 정도로 좋은 숙소였습니다. 교토역과 매우 근접해 있지만 현지인들이 많이 거주하는 곳에 위치해있습니다. 주변에 초등학교, 작은 상점등을 보는 소소한 즐거움이 있었네요. 요도바시 지하에 있는 그로서리에서 음식을 사다가 직접 조리해먹었구요. 필요한 도구는 다 있었어요. 다시 교토에 간다면 당연히 이 곳에서 또 머물 생각입니다. 정말 저만 알고 싶은 그런 숙소네요. 가격은 그대로 오래오래 가주세요~~

Amazing place to stay
Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are clean and extremely spacious. The rooms are also complete with everything you need (washer, hot stove for cooking, dining table, etc) to make yourself at home. I would come back to stay in a heartbeat!

整體來說住宿環境不錯，房間空間比大阪大，房間整潔，美中不足就是如住2樓以上都必須行樓梯,如果攙行李就十分辛苦。 還有晚上衔道十分寧靜，沒有夜遊人。 但是去清水寺和金閣寺搭車非常方便。因就近有京都駅和巴士🚌去景點也方便。

Amazing find-good for families or couples alike!
What a fantastic guest house! Perfect location for our group of 5 as we could all be in one comfortable room with a small kitchen and even a washer! There was plenty of space for our 5 and 7 year old and the walk to and from the train was very easy.

Perfect in all ways.
This was an amazing place to stay! Fantastic location and the perfect room with kitchen/dining room and small washer. I was traveling with my husband and my sister and her two small kids ( 5 of us total ) and we all had plenty of room to move around. The short walk to the train and all the other sights were very doable for the 5 and 7 year olds. We would LOVE to stay there again and would suggest it for families or couples both.

15 min walk to JR kyoto station and 20/30 min to main tourist spots. Kitchen well equipped and convenient supermarket 5 min walk away. Very large spacious room and friendly helpful staff with easy check in after hours. No elevator.

Repetiría en este hotel seguro
Recomendaría este guest house sin pensarlo. Muy cómodo, la habitación amplia teniendo en cuenta los estándares de Japón. Tal vez la cocina debería estar un poco mejor equipada, pero en general muy bien.
