“La struttura si trova in un contesto degradato ma è ben tenuta. Il personale molto disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta . La colazione è buona ed abbondante. Il vero plus è rappresentato dalla disponibilità di un wifi senza costi (una vera eccezione a Cuba) e con sufficientemente efficiente. Un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato per chi vuole rimanere fuori da L'Havana Vecchia ”

“I’ve made a reservation thought the app and I erroneously selected one person instead of two. I arrived in the hotel and the receptionist requested me to pay and extra 100CUC (more less 100usd) for extra charge. In expedia there is no difference between 1 or 2 guest for the same room. “Old hotel in need of repair. Bugs in bathroom and shower tile cracked and missing. Cord to air conditioner was spliced and held together with electrical tape also it had no way to control temperature. Ended up plugging it in the middle of the night it got go cold.
