“One of the nicest place I hv stayed! Most imp property is sparklingly clean. Staff and especially an old lady at the reception was extremely gracious. Whatever question we had.. She was happy to help!! Only thing I didn't like was the coffee and the breakfast..omg the coffee was absolutely tasteless”

“The staff were always cheerful and obliging. And once the latest version of the next door restaurant is open, I’m sure the breakfast will be better overall. Trying to eat if there are a lot of people in the pool (this happened on one day), is unpleasant. Also, it’s unfortunate that room housekeeping service is no longer daily. “One of the selling points for picking this hotel was that it had a casino shuttle...if it's no longer available due to COVID then don't advertise it 4 years later”

“Wonderfully comfortable, clean, and well equipped. I slept better here than I have in just about any other accommodations. Evening/morning street noise dropped to pretty much nothing at night, and we loved being able to walk downtown. The very clean and well-equipped shared kitchen was a bonus we hadn't expected.”

“Our room had a leak from the upstairs unit over our unit over the toilet. My husband is a plumber and he knew it was a leak from the toilet upstairs and it was from dirty toilet water cause it leaked whenever they used the toilet. We were unable to move rooms as the hotel was booked. There was nothing they could do. They said they could look into a credit however when I attempted to talk to them again they didn't help. The continental breakfast was non existent. Try to talk to the desk assistant...

“Over all the hotel was fine. Location is nice. The worst part of the experience was not having clean sheets. Upon arrival the bed sheets bad a brown stain on them. Staff were nice and made it right, so thank you to them. ”
