Hello, to begin, we are very sorry for not providing you with the best stay possible. We definitely understand how annoying any construction or unwanted noise can be, but due to the fact that it was Laguna Beach city construction, we apologize, but there is nothing we could have done. As for the mistaken anniversary package we are deeply sorry for any wilted or reused looking flowers and mentioning it during check in, thus ruining the surprise. Though the lower tier package includes flowers, wine, a welcome card, and chocolates or single item substitute there is no mention or inclusion of a full sized charcuterie board. We believe you mistook your package for the upper tier package which includes everything you received in addition to a full sized charcuterie board and much more. Nonetheless, we apologize for an inconveniences and would love to provide a charcuterie board and two glasses of wine, complimentary, for your next stay. Thank you for your kindness, understanding, and choice to stay with us as we hope to see you again very soon!
