We arrived, parked in the parking lot where there were people hanging out around the building. Went to the office and waited 10 mi utes before someone showed up. A guy clad in pajamas came walki g through the lobby with his German shepard. The place smelled. The room we were given had not yet been cleaned, with a sandwich and soda on yhe table. And the sheets piled on the bed. They gave Us another room but couldn't get the tv to work. The room smelled strongly of cherry lolipop, I guess to hide the true unclean smell. We paid good money for this room, which expedia recommended. .

The location is good, but the quality of the service and the conditions of the facility are terrible. The building looks new in the outside and but is seems to be falling apart in from inside out.

It’s the epitome of the roach motel. There were so many cockroaches especially when getting up in the night to use the bathroom. I had a terrible time trying to sleep. I mentioned it to the management and they assured me they would spray the room. I arrived back after working my job as it was a work trip only to find bugs crawling across the floor upon my arrival. Hotel and others for a 25 mile radius were sold out or had a room for 500 bucks. My budget meant I had to stay another night which I dreaded the idea. Would have helped if the management actually tried to do something about the bugs. This situation really messed up my job and my reputation with my client just because the owner is too cheap to manage their bug infestation. A sickening experience overall. Front desk was closed (literally closed with a roll down shutter) so there was nobody to complain to or someone who could accommodate a room change. Single handedly the MOST AWFUL experience of my hotel stays for a lifetime of staying anyplace anywhere. Seriously considering legal action against the ownership . I documented every single bug with video as I couldn’t believe how awful it was. Does Expedia even care?

This property manager was completely unprofessional. The hotel gave me less than 12 hours of notice that the whole hotel would be evacuating for 4 hours to spray for bugs. I am from out of town working overnight shifts and would be sleeping when they wanted me to evacuate. The manager responded with only one solution, i was told to find another hotel and check out of his hotel. He then continued to be rude and then decided it was appropriate to call me gay in front of other hotel guests. It was utterly disgusting how he behaved in his professional field.

Would give negative 5 stars if I could.
We are a family of 3 from California that needed to stay in the West Palm Beach area for two nights. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. The microwave did not work. We called several times throughout our stay and they just said someone would come over to fix it. Never did. We bought a bottle of milk but with no way to warm it, we just left it in the room when we left. The kitchen was completely unstocked - no pots, pans, utensils, plates, spoons, knife, nothing. Literally they give you a stove and let you figure it out for yourselves. I went to the nearby Walmart to buy basic kitchen items and then a suitcase to take it back home with me. There were cockroaches all over the room. They gave us one bed for 3 people, despite indicating in the reservation that we were two adults and a child. The sofa bed was terrible. I wonder whether there was a mattress at all or just springs. The front desk gave me several blankets and bed sheets but the springs could be heard and felt for any small movement. The smell in the elevator was unbearable. The room upstairs had a pet or pets running all night making it impossible to sleep. Why would anyone build a hotel with no sound insulation between floors? Beats me. And the worst part was that I booked this on hotels.com for a price that was apparently higher than what the hotel itself charges. The lady at the front desk was surprised by how much I had paid. Next time, we will just book a place on another hotel's website directly.

This property was rundown, smelled like they were trying to mask something with a cheap cleaner. I attempted to contact the property before writing this review but was unsuccessful with getting a response. I checked in late and although it didnt look like the best place mybson and inwere tired sonwe went to dinner and then came back and went to bed. About 5am my son woke me up and told me there were bugs crawling in the bathroom. I turned on the lights and cockroaches everywhere. Walls of the room, bathroom, everywhere. I had booked 3 nights and before the first night had completed we grabbed our stuff and headed down to tell the front desk we werw leaving. At the front desk was a sign saying sold out and the counter was closed. We left and went to another hotel for the rest of our stay. I attempted to call the front desk and reach the property management and was unsuccessful. Not only did i not get my money back but i had to pay for another room at another hotel. I would call the health department on this porperty and have it shut down.

This was the second time they put me in room 129 and again I didn't sleep because there were roaches crawling up the walls and I was afraid if I laid down they'd crawl in my ears. I've stayed on the second third and fourth floors never saw a roach first floor roaches all three times I've been down there. It's unexcusable and my money should be refunded!

This property has roaches, roaches, roaches!!!!! The fire alarm went off at 2:05 am for the length of 20 minutes. The first desk closes at 8pm and the linen people told me that the alarm was set off by mistake.

The office staff were nice. Opened the door and the roaches ran. Staff responded quickly to come and spray. But yuck! Motion detectors in the room were situated so that every time you moved in the bed they went off. Not a good nights sleep.

People hanging out and drinking in the parking lot, people coming in and out of the property. No staff available at the desk to attend guests with check in process, had written messages taped on glass with a phone number to call for assistance.
