Esperienza fantastica, sicuramente da ripetere!!
Posto e persone meravigliose. Abbiamo alloggiato in 7 persone per 5 giorni ed è stato tutto super confortevole. I proprietari dell'alloggio sempre disponibili a fornire qualsiasi tipo di informazione utile. Il posto è stupendo, la casa è situata in una posizione con un panorama meraviglioso e ci sono supermercati e ogni necessità a pochi minuti di macchina. Super consigliato, non mancherà occasione di ritornare. Grazie mille!!

Panorama mozzafiato
Abbiamo soggiornato a fine luglio, ospiti di Tamara e Carlo. Fin da subito, durante le procedure di prenotazione, si sono dimostrati disponibili e accoglienti. In seguito, ne abbiamo avuto la conferma durante il nostro soggiorno. La casa è situata in una posizione ottima e comoda per visitare città e borghi tipici toscani. Il panorama dalla casa di cui abbiamo goduto durante la vacanza era spettacolare, con vista su Larciano e sulle colline toscane. Inoltre, può essere ammirato dalla piscina e dalla terrazza esterna, nella quale è anche possibile cucinare. La casa è dotata di tutto il necessario e confort. Inoltre, Tamara e Carlo sono disponibili e attenti a non far mancare nulla agli ospiti. Nonostante il clima parecchio umido, a volte percepito anche negli spazi interni, è possibile apprezzare godere di aria fresca cenando sulla terrazza. È da tenere a mente la presenza di alcuni gatti che girano nel giardino, e che a volte raggiungono l'area della piscina e della terrazza.

Grazie Lucia per la tua gradevole recensione. Volevo, pero', puntualizzare una cosa. Personalmente amo molto qualsiasi tipo di animale e, di conseguenza, offro a tutti i miei ospiti possessori degli stessi la possibilita' di trascorrere la vacanza insieme ai loro "familiari pelosi". Detto cio' credo che sia normale ma soprattutto giusto che anche in casa mia gli animali regnino sovrani. E' sempre mia cura avvertire, che presso la mia struttura esistono i gatti e, di conseguenza, uno puo' decidere o meno di soggiornarvi. Grazie ancora Tamara

Luogo incantevole
Abbiamo soggiornato la prima settimana di settembre,i proprietari Carlo Tamara e il loro figlio Giulio si sono dimostrati immediatamente gentilissimi e disponibili, il verde che circonda il podere ti dà un senso di pace e tranquillità, il panorama è spettacolare (specialmente la sera quando tutto è illuminato),la posizione è ottima perchè vicino alle principali città d'arte (Firenze, Siena Pisa etc..) l'appartamento molto spazioso e gradevole dotato di tutto il necessario, e il gazebo che si affaccia sulla piscina provvisto di cucina e forno a legna rendono la struttura ideale per passare dei giorni indimenticabili. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Un p'tit paradis
Nous avons séjourné chez Tamara et Carlo avec nos deux ados. L'appartement est fonctionnel, propre; les chambres sont spacieuses et très joliment décorées, encore mieux que sur les photos. L'extérieur est tout simplement top. Nous avons pris tous nos repas dans la cuisine d'été, vers la piscine. L'endroit est ventilé grâce à la situation, sur les hauteurs de Larciano, même s'il fait chaud c'est donc très agréable. La piscine est suffisamment grande pour nager (je dirais 8x4 et 1.40 de profondeur) Il y a des parasols autour de la piscine, un transat deux places, et un jacuzzi gonflable qui a fait la joie de nos garçons. C'est un lieu agréable, calme, entretenu, qui a une âme. Florence est à 1 heure (très pratique en train depuis la gare de Montecatini) Pise et Sienne sont également à 1h-1h15. Lucque et Pistoia sont aussi à voir. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Tamara et Carlo sont adorables. Nous reviendrons sans doute. Merci à vous deux !

Ici tout n'est qu'ordre et beauté...
Nous avons été accueillis par les sourires de Tamara et Carlo, qui sont adorables et plein de bons conseils. La maison est au calme dans les oliviers et dispose d'un gazebo avec cuisine d'été avec une vue imprenable (magnifique au lever et au coucher du soleil). La piscine est assez profonde, on peut y nager et vous trouverez parasols, meubles de jardin pour vous y détendre. La maison est grande, très bien équipée, propre. Il y a beaucoup de chats, ceux des hôtes et des voisins, et certains aiment beaucoup les calins ! La maison est très bien située : environ 1h de Florence et Pise, 30 mn de Vinci. Ne manquez pas d'aller manger au restaurant "Il Canniccio" à Lamporecchio, la pizza y est excellente et pas chère (conseillée par nos hôtes). Seul bémol : les moustiques, prévoyez des crèmes pour les éloigner et cicatriser plus vite. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le confort de cette maison et regrettons simplement de ne pas avoir eu le temps de cuire une pizza dans le four extérieur (au feu de bois) et de faire un barbecue (en pierre également). Petit conseil : faites un tour au marché de Monsummano Terme lundi matin, il est gigantesque. Grazie per tutti Tamara et Carlo e a la prossima volta !

Heerlijk huisje in de heuvels met fijn zwembad.
De eigenaren Carlo en Tamara zijn heel vriendelijke mensen die je met alles willen helpen. Het huisje ligt ongeveer 2km vanaf de grotere doorgaande weg de heuvels in. Bij het huisje is een buitenplaats met keuken waar je heerlijk kunt zitten met een prachtig uitzicht. Vanaf deze plek kun je leuke plaatsjes in Toscane bezoeken. Wij hebben een fijne vakantie gehad.

Dejligt og roligt feriested
Perfekt udenomarealer med eget poolområde, udekøkken og spise-/terasseområde med dejlig udsigt over den toscaneske dal. Dejligt sted i olivenlunden. Søde og hjælpsomme værter. Det kunne dog have været fedt med Aircondition indendørs, da vejret var meget varmt under hele vores ophold og det var vi selvfølgelig meget glade for det gode vejr😊

Prachtige patio en zwembad met panoramisch uitzicht
Het huis is heel eenvoudig maar de buitenomgeving maakt alles goed ! Vooral het sanitair is miniem voor aantal gasten ( wc in badkamer en bad met douchestang). leuk zwembad en een toffe buitenkeuken met alles erop en eraan. De eigenaars zijn hele lieve mensen en helpen je waar nodig. Prijs/kwaliteit een echte aanrader.

Tolle Aussenanlage (Küche/ Pool) wo man entspannt die Zeit verbringen kann. Ein genialer Fernblick und sehr nette Vermieter. Internet war nicht immer vorhanden was zum entschleunigen zwang. Top.

Ruhe und erholung garantiert
Gut ausgestattete Küche. Super schöne Terasse mit Pool und toller Aussicht mit tollen sonnenuntergängen. Direkt in den Olivenhainen. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Auto erforderlich dann ist alles in 5-10 min erreichbar was man sich wünschen kann. Tolle Restaurants und Bäckerei im Zentrum des Dorfes. Wir haben es mit unserem Hund sehr genossen. (Aufgepasst: viele Katzen)

House with beautiful swimming pool
It says on the internet that it is a detached house. That's not. The very friendly owners live upstairs and the house is very wide with neighbors inside. This doesn't bother you at all, but we mean something different by "detached". This is not clear from the pictures on the internet. There are many cats around the house, something to be aware of, especially if you have a dog with you. A gazebo has been built in the garden with an outdoor kitchen from which you overlook the beautiful swimming pool. The view is also beautiful and you can see for miles.

LARCIANO Toskana auf dem Lande kann ich nur empfehlen
LARCIANO die beste Örtlichkeit zum ausruhen vor allem die Aussicht genießen!!! 24 Stunden nonstop Pool!!!! Ein Leben auf dem Lande mit vielen Mücken und Fliegen und Hornkäfer ;) Die Vermieter sind super nett und man kann sich verständigen!!! Ich empfehle einfach italienisch-deutsch Google Übersetzer! Wer Tischtennis spielen kann ist hier perfekt aufgehoben denn der Vermieter Carlo und sein Sohn Guilio sind Super gute Gegner!!! Die Straßen sind Hammer zum laufen und vor allem zum fahren und kleiner Tipp vor jeder Kurve hupen :)) was man sonst nirgendwo darf!!! Nächstes Jahr werden wir die Familie wieder besuchen ha ha!!!!!

Genieten!
Een mooie vakantiewoning met een fantastisch zwembad op een heuvel/berg gelegen. (wel een aantal haarspeldbochten voordat je er bent) Fijne en vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaren en mocht er gedurende het verblijf iets zijn, kan je ze altijd even aanspreken. Ideaal is ook de buitenkeuken waar je lekker kan zitten en kan genieten van een prachtig uitzicht. Larciano ligt mooi centraal voor uitstapjes naar Pisa, Lucca en Florence. Deze steden zijn binnen een uur te bereiken. Ook Volterra en San Gimignano zijn de moeite waard, het is wel een rit van 1,5 uur maar het is wel mooi rijden. Neem voldoende 'deet' oid mee want wij werden compleet lek gestoken door kleine zwarte muggetjes. In zowel Lamporecchio als Larciano kan je bij een Coop goed je boodschappen doen en er zijn meer dan genoeg pizzeria's in de buurt. Wij hebben genoten!

Great !!!
We are now back in Denmark after our lovely stay at your home in July 2018. We already miss it! Thank you for a warm and lovely stay. We travelled to this house with our baby boy aged one. The place is ideal for a family trip: quiet, secluded and beautiful. The house is very charming, overlooking a big part of Tuscany from a hilltop. The location is ideal in the hot summer months, as there is a nice, refreshing breeze. The house itself is fairly cool and we didn’t need any air condition. We enjoyed dining outside on the terrace every evening (remember mosquito repellent!). There’s a great super market nearby where we bought our groceries. We also took a few trips from the house and found a few nice restaurants. The small town is not that exciting, but it does feature a delicious ice cream place. The rooms in the house are spacious and comfortable, although the doors are creaky and loud. Tamara graciously provided a baby crib for us (and a high chair!), for which we e grateful. One tip for future visitors; don’t miss out on their delicious, home made olive oil. We bought many bottles and took with us back home.

Fantastisch
Wij werden zeer hartelijk door de gast- (Tamara) en gastheer (Carlo) ontvangen. We hadden regelmatig ontspannen contact met Tamara & Carlo. De omgeving is schilderachtig. Een adembenemend panoramisch uitzicht. Carlo heeft ons veel geholpen om naar de juiste steden te gaan. Vinci, Florence, Siena, Lucca en Pisa zijn op korte afstand. Het huis was ruim, functioneel en schoon. Kort samengevat: Het was fantastisch Tamara & Carlo, bedankt voor alles
