“Fabulous refurb, stayed here about 12 years ago the transformation is absolutely lovely! Stayed in a standard room, which is on the small size but beautifully decorated with everything you need. Particularly liked the L'Occitane toiletries in the stylish bathrooms. The restaurant and casual areas are very stylish, the food, atmosphere and staff were great, and Aberlady is just an adorable quiet location on the doorstep of 22 golf courses, beaches and fabulous walks. “Staff were so friendly, extremely helpful in so many ways but in particular helping with my uncle and mothers mobility issues regarding scooter hire, with availability of their own wheelchairs also for use, my mother had a fall on day one and they were so good in helping too, fantastic care from all staff. “Struttura in centro a Saint Andrews, bella camera ma personale poco competente: addirittura al momento del check-out l'addetto ci ha presentato il conto da saldare e, dopo avergli eccepito che la prenotazione era già stata pagata prima del nostro arrivo si è limitato a dire "ok, already Paid" senza nemmeno una parola di scuse. Considerando che si tratta di hotel a 5 stelle non è cosa da poco. Altra nota sgradevole è la mancanza di una sala colazione, che viene consumata nella hall dell'albergo....

“The hostess is a gem! The house is quaint and peaceful. Fabulous breakfast and I love the living room on the bottom floor. Water pressure could be better, but that may just be an issue with the area so I wouldn't fault the propriator for that. The twin mattress in the room was meant for a small child. It was not comfortable for a third adult, but the main mattress was great. Still five stars because the owner is so accommodating and the place is very nice. ”

“Stayed at The Station Hotel for 2 night's July, easy check in even after hours, room was big and clean albeit basic but had everything you would need, staff were very attentive and friendly, breakfast was amazing, dinner even better and very reasonable price wise, lovely bar and well stocked.
