“Ron was a friendly and helpful host. Cabin amenities were good and cabin was really clean. Beautiful views surround the site at the foot of Largo Law. The firepit area outside the cabin was great and we loved sitting out at the fire in the evenings. ”

“We received such a warm welcome at The Boars Head. It felt like everything in the room was really high spec. Loved that we had a stocked fridge (you had to pay for most items, though!) with free milk and a free dram each, too! A espresso machine with good choice of coffees and tea bags. The decor was beautiful, the shower was powerful. The toiletries smelt wonderful - always good to get conditioner supplied, too - A marker of a good quality hotel, in my opinion! “From booking on line to checking out at the end of our stay, everything was excellent, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the food was more than adequate, minor observation, the options on the set menus were a little limited, very tasty and fresh but a few more options wouldn’t go amiss. The room was comfortable and spacious, just what you need after a long drive. The street signage could be a bit more obvious, but I’m sure the local council could give the trees a haircut and expose these...

“Abbiamo passato 1 notte nella struttura con mio marito e 2 ragazzi (10 e 15 anni), nonostante la camera fosse un po' piccola è stata molto confortevole, letti comodi con tanti cuscini da scegliere, pulita e con tutti gli optional. “The hotel is a bit far out from the shops so unless you’re reasonably fit , you might need a car. Our room was large an good sized en suite. The other problem I would point out is that, iagain if you’re struggling with walking ,or require the aid of a stick or other walking aid there’s a lot of stairs to reach some of the rooms. My husband did struggle with them. Ideal for a one night stop over.”
