“The Monfeith Hotel is situated off a round about barely 50 yards off the main Arbroath Road. This raised concern for me that it would be noisy, especially since my room was facing the road. This turned out to be wrong as while the hotel's proximity to traffic noise from a main thoroughfare exists, there was very little noise.
