“Floor in room was dirty. Staff did not make us feel welcome & did not tell us about the WiFi or when breakfast is. They said we could not go in to the restaurant and purchase a meal. Not sure why.”

“It's not clear if you booked the one with the bathroom or not. It's just easier if they don't share the same name and same photo. The bathroom is modern, hope the hot water issue is fixed soon. Room with big space”

“They rebooked us in another hotel due to overbooking, but we could leave the car in the hotel parking, The girls at the reception were too busy chatting with eachother and did not give us any useful information about how to register the car sign. We managed by ourselves using google and AI, otherwise if we followed their "advice" we would have to pay a huge fee. At least one adult at the reception is needed do the job properly.”
