“Lovely basement flat in very central location. It clearly has been recently refurbished- bathroom especially good. We had a very comfortable stay- tea and coffee was provided including a Krups coffee maker and the supermarkets were just around the corner for anything else you need. Although there is parking outside, it’s restricted to 30 minutes but we found free overnight parking about a 5 minute walk away. “This place was in spectacular location to downtown St. Andrews. We were able to walk to everywhere. Street parking was free and there was a pub down the stairs. Hosts were great in providing favorite pubs and places to see. Would recommend staying here in the future!!!”

“Roomy and clean , great location at a good price”

“We were here June 2025. The location is right in town next to the concert hall, Perth Theater, and museum. There were plenty of restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, and shops within easy walking distance. While there, we attended a concert and went to the museum. We also drove across the river to the Kinnoull Hill Woodland Park. Within the apartment we were happy to be able to do our laundry with a washer, dryer, and drying rack.
