“Clean room, newly remodeled, staff accomodating”

“Most everything about the hotel is great except for a couple items. Parking is limited and the rooms are small for 2 people. Plenty to do and eat within walking distance.”

“*Not terrible, but not great* The front desk clerk was curt - borderline rude. The property is obviously an old hotel that was given a lipstick on a pig renovation. The finishes are nice enough, but the bathroom fixtures, etc. are old and paint spattered. The breakfast was on par with most American hotels - not very good. I pass through this area several times per year, but will try a different hotel next time.”

“Had to wait fifteen minutes before someone would come check us in. She was nice. We got a room on first floor in the side where it seemed like people were living in the hotel - hanging out in the doorway and lots video games playing. Other room beside us was filled with dogs barking. The room smelled terrible so we walked out and turned our key in and chose to stay somewhere else. Very different than the pictures make it seem.”

“I wasn’t aware that Motel 6 does not provide any toiletries other than a bar of soap, and that nothing at all is provided for breakfast. Other than that, it was a good place to stay in Bristol, Virginia, while traveling south.”

“Facility was very nice as was the staff Concerned that we were exposed to bedbugs as we had several bites. We ended up checking out early due to a family emergency.”

“The room was clean, but the moment you walked in the building smelled funny. The shower backed up into the tub/didn’t drain well. The air set to 68 was still at 71 at bedtime and only 70 when we woke up.”

“Definitely outdated. I only reserved 2 nights just in case I wanted to change hotels for the rest of my seven day visit to Abingdon and I’m glad I did. Bathroom fan didn’t work. There were only two small drawers to put stuff in. Only 4 coat hangers left yet there were 4 more metal hanging clips without hangers. No coffee machine in room. Small tv. Won’t be returning. I apologize for not taking pictures.”
