“Staff was amazing.”

“The bathroom was nasty. The ac was not great…it was super loud and cut on and off”

“When arrived the front desk person and another employee were talking to each other about other guests and other things but not helping us check in. We waited approximately 15-20 minutes to get checked in. The room was clean but in disrepair. After looking at the other reviews I feel they were either paid for or fake. Would not stay there again.”

“While the A/C was cool, the humidity was awful. The bed sheets felt damp and it wasn't pleasant. Also, there is no fan in the bathroom so taking a shower only added to the humidity. For these reasons I would pay up to avoid this problem. The place was clean, the staff courteous, and parking ample if you aren't pulling a trailer.”

“They got rid of our room we couldn't even check in and staff was supper rude cussed at me and all and his bed was in the office you go to check in.”

“They were in flood zone when Hellen happened. Unfortunately room had a very strong smell, it bathroom I’ve seen the mold. Bedding and towels were clean but in general it wasn't pleasant feeling because of that strong smell”

“The entire property seems to be under construction and the rooms are under-cleaned. They did not have the room available that I booked, but offered me another—no problem. But in that room the AC was not working and it had a terrible moldy smell. The third room offered was not great either, but good enough to stay for the night. I will say the staff was considerate and helpful. A bright spot in what was otherwise a dismal stay.”
