“This property is filthy, moldy and smelly and needs a complete refresh. Not worthy of the La Quinta brand.”

“We were in town for over a week; the staff was extremely helpful! The room was large and well suited for travelers with multiple dogs! We lived that we were given the first floor room and could park right outside our door.”

“The room was clean, beds and pillows are super comfortable. The bathroom sink needed some attention, it was clogged but they fixed it. And it needs cleaning where dirt and mold is hidden, especially at the overflow drain. Everything else was great. Breakfast is plenty and delicious, a few non-sweet options would be appreciated though. Shower is not a water-saving one, so plenty of flow. Climate control is efficient. Guests are polite and quiet. “everything was good even the breakfast was great. only two problems i seen were using the TV there is a switch on the wall inside front door that must be turned on to operate TV light and fridge and nobody said anything about it had to find out going to front desk. also you will need to use your phone to find out what station on tv is used in that area for direct tv even the front desk did not know lol but all in all it was a good stay no complaints”

“Ratings skewed by effects of ongoing renovation. Attempted to check-in at 2:50 PM. Informed no rooms were ready. Came back at approximately 9:00 PM and learned there was no water. Kyle Thomas at the desk was helpful in cancelling my reservation and hopefully crediting my credit card account.”

“Beautiful Mountain Inn with cozy decor, nice size room, large bathroom with very nice shower which heats up quick and provides nice pressure. Bed is very comfortable and room has extra-large compact fridge with freezer compartment. One note Room 17 has loose toilet base and rocks slightly.”

“The room was so disgusting that I checked out early. They were going to charge me for the 2 nights that I didn't stay. After spending most of Thursday going between Expedia and the hotel, the hotel finally agreed to only refund me for 1 night. While talking to the hotel about a refund she tried to tell me that I stayed in room 321 while I actually stayed in room 121. Btw the hotel only had 2 floors so I'm not sure where room 321 was. Expedia should take this hotel off their site!”
