Hotel a Baneberry

“The room was very nasty. Towels had stains on them. The sheets also had stains on them. I only booked one and left in the middle of the night because i couldn't go to sleep becuase of how nasty and dirty the rooms was. I will never stay here again. Dusty 4 inches thick everywhere. Mold growing on walls under the counter. The lobby looked amazing and super clean. The rooms were not. ”

“Property is average. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff were friendly. Elevator was sketchy and inspection form in Elevator was dated 2024!!??”

“This was a quick layover on the way to somewhere else. No complaints, really. It is an older property and has its quirks, but I slept well.”

“The staff was great and check-in was a breeze. The room was large and serviceable, but there were stains in the carpet, the bed covering, and one of the large towels. The room was mostly clean, though, and had no ill smell…just well-used and a bit out-dated. The treadmill in the fitness center was in disrepair and there were multiple boxes of AC units being stored in there. The hospitality made this a 4/5, otherwise it was a 3/5.”

“The biggest issue we faced was that their one elevator was out when we arrived. They did offer to refund the reservation as they could not get us a room lower than the third floor and we had huge suitcases. But it was late and we didn’t know is we could get in the one hotel that was close by. If it had not been for this we would have rated our stay much higher. The room and hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was above average and the fitness room was great.”

“Parking sucked due to having other fuests that had big vehicles. Another iss is room service, they showed up early morning before we got up and never came back. We had to go ask for towels. ”

“Brand new hotel opened first week of May. Very clean, staff nice, breakfast was good, even the hostess at breakfast was very nice and made sure everything was in top shape. The hotel is in walking distance to shops and resturants, even Walmart is close enough to walk to. Nail salon walking distance, overall I'll stay here again!”

“Everything was clean and nice! The only problem we had was the jets in the tub didn’t work other then that everything was amazing and very clean❤️”

“The shower definitely needs a safety bar on the side wall. The tub bottom was very slick and hard to stand on. I almost fell 3 times during my shower.”

“Perfectly fine Hampton Inn. Web sites need to emphasize that there are 2 of them in New Market, and make clear which one you have reserved a room at.”
