“The room was clean, bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good and the staff was excellent.”

“The staff was great and check-in was a breeze. The room was large and serviceable, but there were stains in the carpet, the bed covering, and one of the large towels. The room was mostly clean, though, and had no ill smell…just well-used and a bit out-dated. The treadmill in the fitness center was in disrepair and there were multiple boxes of AC units being stored in there. The hospitality made this a 4/5, otherwise it was a 3/5.”

The actual hotel could really be very nice - some of the architecture is really cool. But it is not a place I'd book a 2nd time. “This is a beautiful, historic hotel in downtown Greeneville within a short walk to the Andrew Johnson Historic Site and several restaurants. I highly recommend it.”

“First at check in You have to use telephone to even check in, the lady was rude. Guess what, no ice or washing facilities. The room was really thread bare, and just rough. I booked for 2 days, however decided to leave in the afternoon before the second night. I saw a roach, I was done. locked lobby, no way in. So I left, couldn't properly check out. This place is a dump. Pay $40 more, stay at the quality inn.”
