“The front desk staff was exceptional— welcoming, empathetic, personal, professional. We pulled over unexpectedly during a torrential rainstorm. We booked, paid, and were in our room within minutes. The room was standard, clean and comfy, but a little noisy because of 81 which should be expected for the location. Happy with the in room coffee maker but there was also coffee in the lobby. “Unfortunately, I booked on Expedia, and was informed that there was an electric car charger, and there was not also the sheets.Blankets and shower were all stained.I think they were clean, but there was still hair everywhere.”
