Hotel a Laurel

“We stayed for 1 night and were happy with the amenities. If in Greensburg again, we would definitely stay at the Holiday Inn! Convenient to all of Greensburg.”

“Breakfast was decent. Ate at Pizza Hut within walking distance. Parked our fifth wheel and truck in the front of the building. Front desk lady was awesome and very helpful.”

“Overall for one night it was an ok stay. It looked like they didn’t finish remodeling. Some walls were half painted. The rooms were clean but smelled musty. The staff at the front desk wasn’t very friendly. The breakfast was not that great. ”

“Room filthy. Look behind the mattresses just under headboards. It’s filthy. Toilet was completely coming apart and shower didn’t run. Staff didn’t care. Also front desk sleeping on the job. Grossest hotel and unbelievably overpriced. Go further away from Oxford before settling for this dump. ”

“Do not trust the high rating on Expedia. Very misleading. This is what you’d expect in a cheap motel. The rooms have no sound-proofing. Very musty smelling. Black gunk in the showers. Paint peeling off the walls. The water wasn’t even lukewarm in the shower, and the pressure was inexistent. ”

“Would rate higher, but I reserved a room with two beds and all they had when I showed up was a single bed. Made it work and it was a good enough room. However, the excuse of we didn’t clean enough rooms doesn’t set well with me.”

“The room was not very clean. The sheets had stains on them. The walls were very thin and we could hear the next door people snoring. You could see people passing in the hallway because the doors were not sealed very good. The hotel smelled like smoke. The parking was very tight. And when I checked out there was no one there but a phone to use to call customer service, I told them which number I was checking out of and then 10 minutes after I left I get an email asking if we have left yet. ”

“Bathroom was real dirty. Had hair in the tub didn’t look like it was ever cleaned.”

“The room was really cold and I could not figure out how to adjust the temperature. The room was dirty when I arrived. There was muddy footprints in the shower and I found dirt on the shirts indicating they hadn't been changed. There were no additional blankets the bedding covers are minimal so I was very cold sleeping here. ”

“Yes, the room and staff were great! The pool being closed was a bummer for my kids. Better updates on website to include pool closure would have helped. ”
