Hi, Thanks for taking the time to complete a review. While its true that we issued a refund, we did this in good faith. We had our licensed pest control contractor inspect the room for any kind of bugs, and there were none. It is unfortunate that we were unable to make you happy. Clearly you are upset that we did not allow you to stay for two nights without payment. Best wishes for your future travels.

Sorry about the loud air conditioner and thanks for telling us about it. We will replace it. About the pool... yes, it is true, we don't offer a swimming pool.
