Soggiorno più che piacevole.
Soggiorno dal 13 al 23 Agosto 2019 Siamo stati proprio bene, in una casa tranquilla distante 1/4 d' ora a piedi dall' ingresso in Lazise. L' uso dell' auto per scendere in paese è altamente sconsigliato. Nella settimana di Ferragosto, la statale era una trappola di lamiera. ( l' alloggio è, per fortuna, distante dalla statale ) L' alloggio è confortevole, corrispondente alla descrizione, ci stiamo stati comodamente in 6 adulti senza pestarci i piedi. La piscina è piccolina e poco profonda, esposta al sole per tutta la mattina ed in ombra per metà dalle 16.00. Pur essendo condivisa con gli altri villeggianti, non abbiamo mai avuto difficoltà ad usufruirne. La proprietaria Marisa è stata gentile e puntuale sia all' arrivo che alla partenza, indicandoci la simpatica amica Paulette ( spero di aver centrato per bene il nome ) per ogni possibile necessità.

Very nice location
We visited the appartment with our family (2 adults, 4 kids) and it was enough space for us. The pool was really great and we used it a lot for long and short stays. The walk to the beach and the city was about 10 minutes, supermarkets are around. The appartment had all we needed, though it is not the newest one. So we enjoyed our time there.

Nice , property great location, very helpful
Very clean property, had everything we needed , cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, air con . View of the lake , swimming pool. Marissa very helpful, met us on a late arrival ,great communication. Walking distance to lazise and shops. Plenty to do for the kids, great holiday !

Angenehme ruhige Lage, oberhalb des Zentrums.
Erholsam, am Pool keine Gäste außer uns, sehr empfehlenswert, Balkon war uns für 4 Personen etwas zu klein.

Skønt ophold i Lazise
Super udlejer, og et overordnet skønt ophold i en meget veludstyret lejlighed uden mangler, og i fornuftig gåafstand fra Lazise by. Det skal desværre dog nævnes at 1 fastboende beboer i lejlighedskomplekset ikke accepterer nogen form for leg i eller omkring poolen, hverken af børn eller voksne. Dette fremgår ikke af annoncen - men reglerne fremgår af flere skilte ved poolen! Ved tidligere ophold i komplekset har vi selv oplevet at samme person skældte nogle børn ud for at lege i poolen, på trods af at der ikke var andre der kunne generes af legen.

Tolle Unterkunft
Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, war alles da was wir benötigt haben. Da wir oft zuhause gegessen uns vor allem gegrillt haben. Marisa ist sehr nett und zuvorkommen, Übergabe lief reibungslos. Die Stadt ist fussläufig in ca 10-12 min erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung im Obergeschoss war sauber und von der Lage sehr schön. In 20min ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Den Pool hatten wir die ganze Woche für uns allein. Was man auf den Fotos nicht sieht, ist dass das 2te schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss ist.

Praktische Ferienwohnung
Wir waren zu fünft im April in der Wohnung, es war alles so, wie in der Anzeige versprochen, der obere Raum bot genug Platz für die Kinder, die zwei Bäder und die Küche sind auch sehr praktisch und gut ausgestattet.

Alles spitze!
Es war wirklich alles super. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, die Ausstattung des Apartments, die Lage...einfach alles super. Ich würde aber empfehlen in der Veschreibung des Objekts anzugeben, dass der Schlafbereich im oberen Stock nicht durch eine Tür getrennt wird. Uns hat es nicht gestört aber es könnte eine hilfreiche Info sein für weitere Gäste

Empfehlenswert mit Einschränkung
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Einrichtung ist immer Geschmackssache ;) Man sollte wissen, dass es oben keine Tür zum Schlafbereich gibt. Wenn oben Kinder schlafen, muss man unten relativ leise sein, da der Wohn-/Essbereich offen ist. Auch gibt es keinen direkten Weg zum Strand, da hier die Campingplätze sind. Zu Fuß ca 20 Min an einer befahrenen Straße entlang. Der Pool ist gut, wenn man ihn alleine hat und er gereinigt wurde.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Wohnung von Marisa verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hatte für uns reichlich Platz. Der obere Stock der Wohnung war ideal als Bereich für unsere Kinder. Klimaanlage war gut und wir hatten immer eine angenehme Temperatur. Die Küche hat einen tollen Gasherd und ist sehr gut bestückt, und wir konnten sogar Gewürze, Öl, usw. nutzen. Der Pool ist für einen privaten Pool genügend groß, wenn auch nicht sehr tief. Für die Kinder ein Paradies zum Planschen. Die Lage zum See und der Altstadt von Lazise ist prima und aus unserer Sicht ohne Probleme in 15 min fußläufig zu erreichen - auch bei mehr als 30°C. Das Einchecken ist am Besten per Telefon oder WhatsApp koordinieren, da Marisa nicht direkt bei der Ferienwohnung wohnt und 1 Stunde Anfahrt hat.

Great place in Lazise
Title says it all. AC took time to carch up with the daily mid 90s °F temps, and wifi was intermittent, bu great value and facilities.

Ideale Lage, für 5 Personen bestens.
Wir waren mit den Großeltern da und die Aufteilung war hierfür ideal. Die beiden unten mit Bad und wir mit Kind oben und auch ein eigenes Bad. Sehr freundlich war auch die Nachbarin, die mehrer Sprachen spricht und sehr hilfsbereit war. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Ruhig und gute Lage
Gute und ruhige Lage, perfekt für 4 Personen. Gut gesichert gegen Einbruch, da Anlage auch von Privatpersonen bewohnt. Es fehlt an nichts. Preis Leistungsverhältnis gut.Anreise Zeit und Abreise Zeit mit Marisa absprechen, sehr flexibel. Wir würden diese Wohnung wiederholt buchen.

Great apartment in a lovely location
We spent 12 nights here in August. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The air conditioning upstairs was welcome. The complex is quiet with lots of young families. The pool is nice and rarely busy. The walk into Lazise is around 15-20 minutes but this avoids the trouble finding parking places in the town.
