Bellissimo resort sull'oceano Indiano. Di fronte ad una bellissima barriera corallina. La più bella spiaggia di Mauritius senza dubbio... Buona cucina (ho mangiato il pane, mille varietà, più buono della mia vita) Dopo 15 hotels diversi, a 5 stelle vissuti a Mauritius, considero il St. Regis tra i migliori e per taluni aspetti, location, spiaggia, ambienti comuni, sdraio, servizio e prontezza del personale in spiaggia, piscina, il migliore in assoluto.

Wonderful luxury hotel, felt cared, all perfect
We were 3 people (adult) on a 1st floor suite junior. The service is wonderful, butler service astonishing; food supreme (we liked a lot the south east asian restaurant); everybody just trying his best to make your stay the best; beach clean , not crowded and serviced (you can order from the beach chair...); easy to do snorkeling; most of the amenities for the beach available for free (canoe, snorkeling, etc...) ; be carefull of the prices of the restaurant if you are not on a meal package (incredibly expensive even with very high quality level); a small local restaurant right outside the hotel beach in case you get tired of hotel restaurant. The hotel also has cinema, clinic, library, etc...; very luxury and a pleasure for the eyes (furniture, gardens, all very nice taste)

Stupendo
Sono rientrato oggi da questo meraviglioso viaggio insieme a mia moglie e a mio figlio si un anno e mezzo siamo stati splendidamente e ci e dispiaciuto davvero molto partire, hotel e spiaggia perfetta per bambini piccoli, organizzati per farli mangiare, per il lettino per i seggioloni e per ogni cosa potesse servire al piccolo! I complimenti vanno a sharon, fadi e jasmine ragazzi veramente professionali nel loro lavoro. Abbiamo alloggiato nel corpo centrale del hotel in una camera con terrazzo bellissimo, camere pulite, ristoranti molto buoni consiglio il boat house e assolutamente da provare l cena che fanno il venerdi sera fish market! Torneremo presto grazie della meravigliosa vacanza

HOTEL ECCEZZIONALE MA NON DA 5 STELLE
Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la nostra luna di miele. Hotel fantastastico ma non abbbastanza per chiamarsi St. Regis. In linea di massima il personale non è da hotel a 5 stelle. La struttura è decisamente bella ma non abbastanza pulita.

SENZA PAROLE.... SEMPLICEMENTE FANTASTICO
Premetto, che eravamo stati nello stesso hotel nel mese di Aprile, ed abbiamo deciso di tornarci ad Ottobre. E' stata una vacanza fantastica, appena arrivati ci hanno offerto il pranzo in quanto la camera non era pronta, anche se eravamo noi in anticipo e non loro in ritardo. La sera si è verificato un problema nella camera, la nostra era una Junior suite, ed hanno risolto in modo eccellente, ci hanno infatti trasferiti in una Suite spettacolare. Durante tutto il soggiorno, è stato un susseguirsi di meravigliose sorprese. Abbiamo deciso proprio di tornare nello stesso hotel, in quanto la cura e l'amore in ogni dettaglio, è difficilmente replicabile. Tutte le persone che lavorano e dirigono l'hotel sono speciali, in quanto tutto ciò che fanno lo fanno con amore. Eccellente la colazione, il servizio, i ristoranti e tutto il resto. Non posso fare altro che consigliarlo.

MERAVIGLIOSO
Una vacanza indimenticabile... Tutto meraviglioso, la spiaggia, l'hotel, il personale. La nostra camera era una junior suite, vista mare, semplicemente fantastica. La colazione ottima, come anche i ristoranti all'interno dell'hotel. Tutto il personale fantastico, il giorno della partenza più di una lacrima mi ha accompagnato.

Mauritius is a beautiful island with lovely friendly people. The JW Marriott improves on this! It is set in a beautiful location with a fantastic beach, exemplary staff who cannot of enough for their guests, and 5 restaurants that serve fantastic food. My wife and I are big fans, and will return on day in the near future.

Generally speaking we loved our stay at JW Marriott Mauritius Resort really. We were overwhelmed by the setting and the detail, with which was taking care of us during our stay. From the very first moment the friendliness as well as the effort of each member of staff for making this holiday a very unique one was simply amazing. The exchange prior to our stay regarding special diets etc. was helpful, as one of us needs gluten free bread. This makes the difference between a normal hotel and a place as yours - but also sets high expectations. At our arrival we had a warm welcome and the check in procedure was very pleasant. The service and caring of the butler team was great as well as the service of the housekeeping and cleaning staff, spa and watersports activity centre. One true highlight was the stargazing on friday night. You are very blessed with this lovey and intelligent astronomer. On our first morning we had a warm welcome at the Boathouse for breakfast, and as soon as we mentioned our room number, the member of staff knew, that we would need gluten free bread - what a start of the day. :) All expectations were met. Additional we were promised to get gluten free pastry for the next day. However the following mornings the service at the breakfast buffet was not even the same as on the first morning. We always had to ask for the gluten free bread, unfortunately the promised pastry was not available during the whole week. Sadly there was only one type of bread withi

Good but not brilliant
Its a good hotel. All the staff try hard but some of the younger members are far from polished. We had a direct beachfront room, good size quite old fashioned and in need of refurb very soon. They are carrying out some planting directly in front of room and to protect areas fenced off using yellow plastic tape. Pretty unsightly in an £800 per nt hotel. There are many far more attractive solutions to fence off this area.However biggest disappointment was quality of food in restaurants, there was nothing particuarly bad but frankly.the meals were not great as i have come to expect at other 5 star hotels in Mauritius eg Oberoi,Prince Maurice ,but in fairness those experiences were a long while ago. We chose the half board option which is very expensive and and far from a cheap option(in fact a la carte maybe cheaper unless your are gluttons)and there are FAR too many dishes with a supplement. Given the cost this is insulting Notable staff members were butler Vikram, Neha and Venice who is trying his utmost to keep standards of service high in the restaurants. All in all a very good hotel but unlikely i will stay again.

I came to Mauritius during a sad time. My father, who was supposed to accompany me here passed away prior to my trip. I had contemplated coming, but am so glad that I still came to visit. So, let’s get into this review! JW Marriott is situated near the famous Le Morne Mountain and has a gorgeous beachfront view. I stayed in room 431, a Junior Suite which had a small pool view and ocean view. Construction and renovations are being conducted on the hotel rooms nearby, so this can be a bit disturbing and prove challenging when trying to nap, should you require a brief nap from jet lag. However, a minor inconvenience which has no bearing on my rating whatsoever. The property grounds are absolutely beautiful with amazing views of the Le Morne mountain, beach, and island vegetation/plants/trees. The facilities such as the gym, spa, and gaming room will rival most competitors. However, what really makes this property superb are the staff! I mean you cannot ask for a better group of men and women to care for you during your stay. My room was always kept neat and my mini bar was well stocked. There are restaurants on the property and the daily breakfasts to include a full coffee bar and selection were my favorite. Really a beautiful property and not much you can do to complain here. There are tours you can sign up via concierge and by pressing the number 0 on your phone, you can get all the things you need. Stay here if you want peace and solitude!

모리셔스 2주동안 3박 4일만 스테이 했는데 솔직히 여기 더 오래 있을 걸 후회 했어요 ㅋㅋ 객실도 크고 리조트 내 환경 진짜 좋습니다. 바다에서 익스커션 하기 가장 좋은 리조트입니다. 배타고 안나가도 바로 앞에 나가면 수심도 꽤 깊어지고 해양환경도 좋아요. 알았으면 여기서 일주일 있었을듯 ㅜㅜ

Right from check-in till check-out, the staff was super helpful. Despite a 9 am check in time, the room was ready for us within half an hour and they even provided us breakfast for that day. Small details like chocolates and macaroons left in our room was really nice. One of the best properties we’ve stayed at till now.

We had the best time ever, the staff are just AMAZING, attentive is honestly an understatement, they all went above and beyond to make our stay extra special, special thanks to our butler Riad for all his kindness and assistance. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and quiet with direct access to the beautiful beach and a view of le Morne Mountain. There are many options for lunch and dinner and the food was really good, the breakfast is also really good with so many options available. Definitely the best hotel I've ever stayed in, will definitely come back again.

My wife-to-be and I recently stayed at this resort for an 8 night stay during May. It was my first time in Mauritius, and my wife’s second time. We are always nervous when booking hotels as I am vegetarian and she is vegan, so we have specific dietary requirements which not may hotels cater to appropriately. From the moment we booked to the moment we arrived as the staff went above to beyond to understand our requirements and ensure they were prepared before we arrived. When we arrived we were stunned by how lovely the resort was. The hotel, grounds, gardens, facilities, and the beautifully pristine private beach took our breath away. We booked a Junior Suite with a Garden View, however we were still able to see the beach and ocean from our room. The rooms are situation in lovely French-colonial style villas spanning the stretch of the beach. The room was amazing, it was spacious, tastefully designed, and with a very generously sized bathroom. Room service was excellent, our room was thoroughly cleaned at least twice a day and they always made our room smell lovely. The butler service to the room was a lovely touch, and is complimentary too. Our butler Ravi was very attentive. He made the effort to spoke to us everyday and made sure we had everything we needed no matter what the request. Moving on to the restaurants, they were all fantastic. Best serviced hotel
This was the best hotel I’ve stayed in with Marriott. The whole staff was super friendly and attentive at all times. Everything was super clean and the food was delicious. I recommend anyone come here. Thank you to staff and management for making it a great stay for me and my friends
