By Law no 1 additional sq meter can be built in the park area if not already present since 1942. So the standard is not EU, but limited by the Liguria Region territory integrity preservation act. Also the last 50 meters of steep road are due to the above limitation. Furniture: also due to Covid policy we leaved in the apartment the essential forniture only to make the cleaning easier. TV works perfectly is guest knows how to use properly 2different remote controllers, Data line is by satellite, the best suitable in the area. Location and parking in Lerici are the plus, as well the pool overlooking the bay by an unique position. The brand new house, the modern and clean line of decoration and furniture, its terraces, mahke it like an hut on Paradise.

Musikgeräusche aus dem öffentlichen Aquagym-Pool sind von der Terrasse zu hören, wenn der Wind vom Meer auf den Hügel weht. Der Pool befindet sich am Strand, etwa 2 km von zu Hause entfernt. Die Straße, die auf dem Hügel ankommt, wo sich das Haus in einem mediterranen Park befindet und von wo aus man einen unglaublichen Blick auf den Golf der Dichter hat, ist natürlich steil: Der Park des Grundstücks befindet sich in einem Naturschutzgebiet, also wir durften nichts anderes als einen ländlichen Zugang zu den Häusern bilden.
