La Solfa – Country house in the middle of nature

The house has two floors.

Downstairs we find the modern kitchen, a fantastic space fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances. There is also a wooden dining table and chairs, next to some large French windows with views over the grounds of the property.

The lounge-dining room and kitchen are open-plan, and feature a large wooden table and chairs, a set of armchairs and plasma TV. A French door leads out to the garden and to the barbecue area and outside porch.

Going up the staircase, you come to the first floor which is where the bedrooms are. The house has five bedrooms, all double, two of them with double beds and the other three with two single beds. They all have a private bathroom with shower.

As an annexe to the house there is a small duplex-type apartment, with lounge, kitchen and bathroom with shower downstairs. Going up the stairs to the upper floor, you come to the bedroom with a double bed, TV and windows with views over the grounds of the property.

Outside there is a very large garden with private parking, a porch at the entrance to the house with outdoor furniture and a garden area with pool, barbecue, table and chairs.
