“Our trip to Yunnan wouldn‘t have been made pefect without the stay in Banyan Tree Lijiang. The credit must go to the staff, Elin. Elin is always courteous and responsive. She has been very helpful all the time. She is also very caring and always checks with us to see if we have any need. We stayed there for a couple of nights and then went to other places of Yunnan. On the very last day of our trip, we went back to stay there. Elin went out her way to prepare a better villa for us. ...

“Hotel particolare con un sapore di vecchia Cina rivisitata.Posizionato all'estremo sud del centro storico, raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi; colazione abbondante ma non eccezionale. Attenzione arrivare con indirizzo scritto in cinese altrimenti con il taxi ci sono problemi per raggiungerlo anche perché localmente ha nome diverso.”

“Good location in the Old City. Large room with cupboard space and huge bathroom. On our side of the hotel it was noisy until early hours of the morning. Loud talkers and drunken party goers. Goes by a different name and was not on Chongren Street so was a little difficult to find. Staff were helpful and friendly.”
