In reference to the accounting error, the overcharges were reversed by property management personally on 12/23, we are not able to expedite the return from the banks side, we apologize for any inconvenience again. We are saddened that we were not made aware of any of the issues mentioned with your complimentary upgraded suite room during the 6 nights of your stay. We have received multiple awards including "Best of Microtel" 3 consecutive years, guest satisfaction is our uppermost priority and we will use your feedback in our goal of continued improvement though it differs greatly from our usual guest input. Our records indicate your reservation was held with an invalid payment form, notification of which was sent via Expedia days prior to your scheduled arrival as well as again on the date of arrival. The payment form was not updated and the reservation was canceled per policy, notification of cancelation was sent via Expedia as well. Upon your arrival our front desk department did offer accommodations based on our availability at that time and contacted property management twice during the interaction for instruction on how to attempt to accommodate your needs. Rudeness and disrespect was not issued from our side. We apologize for any inconvenience and are saddened that you did not have a positive experience. Kindest regards.
