Thank you, Ray for taking the time to leave this review. Sometimes when everyone shows up at once to check in, the parking can be confusing due to everyone filling up the valet lane. We are valet parking only at 20 per, vehicles are usually parked in our underground heated parking garage located right under the hotel. In case of overflow or by guest request we do park cars in our parking lot located directly on the east side of the hotel. Many of our guest chose to unload in the east parking lot when the valet lane is full, which more than fine. Thank you, Zachary.Our fees and charges are listed on our website as well as a large Plack at the front desk.If you were charged for parking and did not use that amenity, please reach out to us directly so that we may apply a refund. We do not charge parking if a guest does not park with us. I'm not sure of your rate but we " authorize" all credit cards and debit cards the room + tax, Incidentals at 50 per night and parking at 20 per day. When guest check out all authorizations are dropped, that means you get the 50 per night authorization and Valet 20 authorization back as long as you did not use valet or damage the room.
