Beautiful Location, friendly host.
We were familiar with the location as a relative had previously had a property there. It is a wonderful gated community. Friendly, stacked full of amenities. Community hall, pool and gym and treasured area for children (which my Grandson adored). Real home from home feel which was so appreciated. Minor problem when first arriving, but host helped us sort it immediately. Couple of areas that could do with little TLC. However, this is far, far balanced by the amazing value for money and the lovely holiday home.One final point is that when I needed to ask a question prior to check-in it was a virtual assistant, which wasn’t helpful. Overall, thanks so much Greg and Corrina for sharing your lovely home.

Another great stay
We have stayed at Gregs cottage before and loved it. Decided to book again this year and once again enjoyed our stay. Our kids love the pool and playground amenities, the place is spacious and cozy.

Only pictures are good, but not on real life
We arrived at 9:30 pm after several hours of driving. When we turned on the lights, the cottage felt a bit dirty... but when we went to the bathroom on the second floor we noticed that the towels were not white, they were old and stiff and looking at the first floor from above, there was a lot of dust... then below from the girls' bed... there were moths and a lot of dust, it seemed not cleaned for months. It really grossed us out and I contacted the Host and VRBO with photos... but the Host told me it was very bad that it didn't meet my standards. VRBO asked me to send photos. but the next day, after breakfast, we noticed that the floor mat was originally beige and it was too dirty, so I took more photos and sent them to the host, who asked me to. we left as that cottage required professional cleaning and would take a week to dry the carpeted floor.

A winter in BC
This is a gated community, very uniform, very quiet, beautifully kept. It has access to a party room, exercise room, and outdoor pools and hot tub (open during holiday times in the winter). Grandchildren loved the pool. There is only one road from Chilliwack out to the properties at the end of Cultus Lake. It is not fast and it is beautiful. We enjoyed the numerous hikes in the area. The host was very responsive.

Summer Getaway
We enjoyed our week at the cottages. The community is very peaceful and friendly and the cottage is very close to the pool area. The cottage itself is furnished beautifully and the deck has a great bbq and large table for out door eating. There is also a fire pit with seating and a hammock for relaxing. The hosts were available for any questions and provided a great check in package that explained everything.

Great place. Great amenities.
Lots of room and furnished like a real home. Plenty of kitchen utensils so theres no need to take anything. BBQ is great. Front and back deck are great. Firepit with wood is a good touch. Only 50m from the pools and hot tubs and gym etc. Really great spot.

Cozy, fun filled week with the family
We have stayed at the cottages at cultus before and love the amenities. There is a kids pool and deep end pool with 2 hot tubs, gym, playroom, playgrounds and much more. Greg's place was cozy and had everything we needed for our family of 4. You can sleep an additional 2 to 3 people comfortably if needed. This cottage also has a personal fire pit in the back yard which was great for evening fires and smores. The location is great just a few steps away from the pool. We will definitely plan to come back.

Relaxing time at the cottage
Wonderful time at the cottage, owner was able to accommodate an early checkin and was very easy to communicate with, quick replies to emails. Excellent cottage experience full of everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Great facilities in the complex and beautiful scenery.

Beautiful property and community
We totally enjoyed our stay. Like usually , there are pros and cons. Pros - - The property and community Is beautiful. - Everything one could reasonably need for your stay is provided.. Cons - - Master bedroom mattress was to soft for us.. - Master bedroom was lacking a dresser. - There is a main road behind the backyard. To sum it up we really enjoyed this property and would for sure stay again. Greg was super easy to get hold of.

Comfortable family cottage
We enjoyed the comfortable cottage, the lovely grounds and landscaping as well as the pools!! Such a relaxing place. My 2 1/2 year old grandson loves the toy room!

Perfect Family Vacation
What a gem of a place to stay! So many things to do with our 2 & 4 year old! Loved being close to the pool, and enjoyed time at the playground, huge sand box with plenty of community toys to play with, creek, and pond! Cottage was comfortable & perfect size for.our family, we enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch, and evenings sitting around the fire pit in the backyard roasting marshmaellows. Greg & Corrina were quick to respond with any questions. Will definitely be back next year! Thank-you so much for a wonderful stay!

Everything it said it was and MORE....
We stayed in this vacation home for a month and loved it! It was comfortable and very well appointed. It had a well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed and all the amenities of home! We will definitely stay here again.

Great week at the Cottage!
This was our second stay at this lovely cottage! We had a great week enjoying this fully equipped home, utilizing all of the resort amenities ( pools, hot tubs, gym) as well as enjoying the hiking, beaches, golfing, blueberry picking and cycling around the Columbia valley. The cottage is beautifully appointed and well-cared for, the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. We appreciated the graciousness and responsiveness of the owners, once again. Overall, a wonderful vacation!

Great week at Cultus Lake
Our family had a wonderful week vacation at Cultus Lake. We were greeted by Greg on our arrival and he gave us a tour of the resort and showed us the cottage. The cottage was very clean and comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen. Our grandson especially enjoyed the pools, playgrounds and sandbox area. The firepit in the backyard was used on many evenings. We would highly recommend this accommodation to future guests. Thank you Greg and Corrina for allowing us to rent your cottage.

Very Relaxing!
I totally enjoyed my stay at the Luxury Cottage! Greg & Corrina were excellent hosts and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Our stay was booked 2 days before our arrival due to a death in our family and our stay was completely hassle free! The cottage is very roomy and comfortable, with all the amenities needed to accommodate all 5 of us. The grounds are spectacular and if you enjoy hiking, the area is beautiful. I highly recommend the Luxury Cottage for a relaxing get-a-away from it all. Thank you so much Greg & Corrina!

Beautiful Cabin with Fantastic Amenities
We spent a week at this cottage in late August this year, and it was an incredible experience. The cabin itself is adorable, fitted with all of the necessities you need to enjoy your stay and keep your vacation easy. The location of the cottage in the community is great, as it is only a few homes away from amenity building and beyond that a playground, and pond for little ones to feed fish. Travelling with our toddler we spent a lot of time in these areas, particularly the shallow kids pool which is ideal for kids. We were unsure about lake proximity here, but found there were great beaches in only a couple of minutes drive away, and the complex really offered enough activities to keep you busy and entertained. The cabin itself was extremely homey and comfortable, with nice furniture and comfortable beds. The outdoor fire pit is adorable, unfortunately there was a fire ban during our stay or we would have loved to use it. We will definitely be back in the future, it was a great find!

Relaxing stay at Lovely cottage
We had a wonderful week's stay at this cottage at Cultus lake! It was exactly what we hoped for in a a getaway -- plenty of recreational choices, but also the opportunity to just relax and be with family as well. We appreciated how well appointed the kitchen was, how comfortable the living /dining areas were for conversation, and and how clean and comfortable the bedrooms were. We enjoyed barbequeing each night and had the fire ban not been on, would probably have used the fire pit in the back yard as well. The gym and pool(s) were well utilized by us, and weren't overly crowded, despite the temperatures. Maple Bay beach is just a quick five minute drive away for canoeing and swimming. Our hosts, Greg and Corina were gracious and friendly. We were given a tour of the cottage and recreational facilities upon arriving. The "Cottages at Cultus" are a gated community, and as such, have access keys for entry and facility use. We expected this to be a nuisance, but was not; instead provided an increased sense of security. We did hope to do some cycling, but did find the roads and traffic too intense around the area to feel safe, so left that for another time. Overall, our stay here exceeded our expectations.

The cottage was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. The amenities were engaging for us and our children. The resort property was lovely and well laid out. Greg was a pleasure to work with and went out of his way to ensure we had an enjoyable time.

Another great Summer spent at the cottages because of the hospitality provided by Greg. This was our 3rd year in a row renting at the Cottages and 3rd different cottage. We enjoyed Greg's place the best so far. Having 2 young kids it was a bonus having Netflix, bunk beds, wi-fi and a very close location to the pool (a bonus for everyone actually). The house was furnished beautifully and finished with all the upgrades (granite, ss appliances). No neighbours in the rear and a fire pit gave us time well spent in the backyard. Same time next year for sure! Thx Greg and family.

FANTASTIC RESORT STYLE COTTAGE
We had a wonderful vacation staying at Greg and Corrina's cottage. The pictures are totally accurate. The cottage is beautifully decorated with lots of space. It is well stocked with everything you need to make it feel just like home. The weather did not cooperate during our stay but that didn't really matter as we still enjoyed the covered porch in the front/back, the fire pit in the backyard as well as the fantastic pools. The entire property has awesome facilities that keeps you entertained rain or shine. Greg was a great host. Very easy to get a hold of and responded to texts/emails very promptly. He met us upon our arrival and showed us around not only in the cottage but the entire complex. He made sure that we were enjoying our stay! Thanks Greg! The next time we vacation at Cultus Lake, we will stay here again. I highly recommend this cottage for a beautiful, relaxing, resort style vacation

A great family cottage!
We have rented at the Cottages at Cultus Lake for several years and this was the most friendly, personalized experience we have had . This is one of the best appointed cottages and we loved the fireplace in the master bedroom, great furniture and private yard (with a firepit!!!!). We had a wonderful long weekend and really loved the ability to roast marshmallows over the fire in the evening at the same time as we could play our iPod. An excellent combination. We were checked in face to face with the owner which was really nice as he was able to welcome us and show us the amenities of the cottage. We felt very welcome and (as much as we would hate to admit it) the available Netflix was a wonderful option on the day that the weather was nasty.
