“Do not stay here! Very dirty & run down place. I checked out 2 days early because I did not feel safe there!”

“There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing.”

“This place was horrible!! My room smell like cigarette smoke, they had mice running around in my room, sheets was still dirty. A phone without phone cords, bathroom was filthy!!! Window in the room had tape on it as if the window was broken, light stay on there was no way to turn the light off. When I contacted front desk asking if I can get my room change or a refund they were no help instead they kept saying I had to speak with a manager that wasn’t on site and it wasn’t anything the front...
