The split a/c units worked great and were well appreciated since it was in the 90s each day that we were there. Although the house is on a busy street, there are sidewalks on both sides of the road which made walking easy. “We had beach access across the road all to ourselves. A few bunnies came to visit and back yard was wide open nature. Less than 15 minues to drive to Wildwood or Cape May. A little traffic depending on time of day, but nothing like the big cities. Eric was just a text or phone call away and seconds to respond.
