“Very nice, peaceful location. Security was great, everything around felt safe. Beautiful place—definitely one of my favorites.”

“We arrived to an overbooked hotel, and the manager basically threw the desk crew under the bus and switched a bunch of reservations around without letting guests know ahead of time. Pure, unpleasant chaos. Cheri, who was left with this mess, worked very hard to support me and get my booking back. She was kind, professional and empathetic. I really appreciate her and the Hilton Garden Inn is very lucky to have such a poised employee . Also, shout out to Winston at the desk who was also...

“The water in the shower hardly came out. My shampoo in my hair could not be rinsed out properly. There really should be exhaust fans in each bathroom as this will eventually cause mold! Too much noise at night at around 8 pm and early in the morning. Someone was actually vacuuming at around 9:30 am. Even if i wanted to sleep in, it was not possible! Maids werent friendly at all. Bad customer service!!”

“Front desk not helpful when we mentioned our lamps didn’t work. Lighting in the room was horrible. The room felt like prison. Not warm feeling at all. Front desk again not friendly when we left. No where to hang your towel. No hand soap. Hotel said it was recently renovated. I’d ask the company who renovated for their money back. Water leak caused bubbles in the ceiling and walls in our room. People smoking pot. Wouldn’t recommend.”

“I had a great stay overall and would definitely recommend this property to other travelers. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Breakfast was good with a nice variety, and everything tasted fresh. The only small issue was that the eggs were a bit watery, but aside from that, everything else was excellent. Parking was easy and felt safe, which made the stay even more convenient. Overall, a very pleasant experience!”
