“We stayed with family members for the weekend of our son's wedding. Wedding was held 15 minutes drive away at Fernbrook Farms. We used this house for a casual stop and go brunch on the Sunday after the wedding - worked great, large kitchen, many seating locations, and plenty of parking. Excellent communication with host prior to the event.”

“This was a lovely guest suite in a beautiful home. It is extremely spacious. It has two dining room rooms a large bedroom, and a living room area. However, it does not actually have a kitchen. This was not a problem for us because we weren’t planning to cook, but it should be noted. “The property and its location was great it was exactly as advertised. The property manager was really good to communicate with and allowed us to check in early meaning no one was there prior to our stay. Only thing that I thought was ridiculous is they have a nice on site parking spot behind the unit but they charge you $20 a day for it meanwhile the city parking lot next to the unit was $10 a day.
