“Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato e per essere “Marriott” ci aspettavamo che ci fossero le ciabatte in camera, le buste x la lavanderia il wi fi gratis. Niente di tutto questo, sembra hotel da 3 stelle. Proprio deludente!”

“Overall the staff was very nice, The only issue I had was the room was chilly the first night. After having the heat on 90 degrees all night and it still felt chilly, I called maintenance. They came to adjust the vent and heat improved but it still took a long time. Then I smelled burning so I turn the heat down to 77 and the smell went away. I kept the heat on 77 degrees and the heat never went off when the setting was set to auto! Other than this heat issue, everything else was fine! I enjoyed...

“The heating system was extremely loud, clocking in at 59 Db when we were trying to sleep. There was a low setting for the fan, but it made no difference. The air blasting out was either scorching hot or freezing cold. It never got to comfortable.”
