After Ringling the alarm for ages, pressing yhe call number, --- hitting stop-- nobody answered the call button and nobody came. Il materasso era fantastico così come i cuscini… sembrava dí dormire su una nuvola. Il personale è molto gentile e affabile La posizione è ottima La fermata della metro alla 42th a 2 minuti di camminata è servita dalla quasi totalità delle linee, per cui puoi spostarti ovunque… e poi sei a Times Square ”

“Not only was the room still not ready after 5 but Vicctorjia was unhelpful. She was to busy checking in other people and kept telling us they were checking on our room. We told her we had plans but it was none of her concern. When we said we wanted a manager all of a sudden our room was ready. The room was ok except for the squeaky bathroom door ( that was loud enough to wake the other person in the room). When we fell asleep the fire alarm went off with no instructions.
