“Location was beyond perfect!!! Very close to Subway, City Bike stations (highly recommend as a way to see all the sights) and restaurants. Only a few blocks from Penn Station. Couldnt say anything bad about the place itself-pictures are exact. Only small issues were a delay in cleaning upon arrival (contacted Claudia and cleaner came right away) and the lack of extra essentials for an extended stay (trash bags, towels, etc.). Street noise is extreme but I didn't expect anything else in the city....

“Not a big review writer but I do read a lot of them before I book. So I do feel obligated to say this place is horrible, value your money and just book a hotel room, sleep in van it will be more comfortable than this place. Don't know where to start, bathroom door are swinging doors that have a gap in it, no towels, no storage, horrible beds...”

“We really enjoyed our stay. We were traveling with a disabled senior and the ease of access, elevators, and even floors was hugely helpful. The walk in shower does have one step in but they were able to manage well. This isn't a handicap unit so no bars. The place was very clean. Throughout the day of arrival, I tried to communicate with the ‘host,’ and was ignored (both text and phone). Then, the property address we were sent to was wrong. So, standing in the pouring rain at 10:00 at night, an ‘agent’ calls to redirect us to another address, four blocks away. “It was not where it was listed but it was a good spot just had one set of bunks so one adult slept on the top. It was in the garment district near the empire state building. There was one bedroom with a double and the main part of the apartment had the other double with the bunk beds. The kitchen was good and stocked with basic dishes. “a last minute change to a different location and size of apartment was made without notification. only found out of the change when we received the checkin information on the day of checkin. the new place was nice but was not what we ordered. Host was very slow to responds, 2-3 day. when she did she made some financial adjustments. VRBO took my calls right away and started working on a solution. in the end we were able to enjoy the apartment we stayed in and received a partial refund for...
