“Good apartment, looks just like the photos. Nice bathroom. Has all the basics, and we were able to cook in the kitchen. I was already familiar with the neighborhood and the street parking regulations , so that was helpful. Just like any city, be careful where you park- read the signs. We felt very comfortable in the neighborhood and in the apartment. Street was quiet. Let the host know in advance if you need extra bedding or towels. I would be happy to stay here again. ”

“The house is very nice but upstairs apartment made lots of noise. Couldn’t find remotes for either TV in bedrooms. Not a really big issue as we basically just slept and showered there. Very steep stairs so beware of that. Front gate is very wobbly so don’t lean on it.”

“This was a good location on our trip to NYC. We didn’t spend much time in the neighborhood but we felt safe. Check-in was easy. There was not a lot of sitting room for our group of 4, but that’s my fault for not realizing there wasn’t a living room. The kitchen is sparsely equipped, but we didn’t need much during our stay.
