“Excellent hotel and location”

“Hotel was clean, staff was attentive but breakfast was lacking. Not vey appetizing. Pre-cooked.”

“We stayed for a show that was walking distance which was great.Just didn't get a chance to see the rooftop bar and restaurant because we got back to late.”

“I don't usually do this, but it was bad. We stayed for a week. Not too terrible the first 5 nights. Then I needed to extend another night, the lady at the desk couldn't help me do so, said to come back in the morning for someone else to do it. Next morning she's asleep at the desk. Smh. Then extended another night. Got in late, only to find the toilet dont flush, shower was scalding, or cold. No in between. Desk says so sorry, if you stay again we will put you in a different room. Oh thanks...

“There was no complementary coffee or tea in the lobby. The coffee shop/bar had very limited hours. Maid service was minimal. Front desk personnel were sometimes disinterested. The location was great, with easy access to highways and conveniently adjacent to a shopping center with multiple restaurants.”

“The room was clean, but the air conditioning was very loud and disrupted our sleep. The body wash dispenser in the shower did not work. The breakfast room was so overcrowded on our second morning that we just walked away. There is only one coffee machine, and we could not get close to it. This hotel rents to large bus tours that overwhelm the place. We will not stay here again.”

“Ottimamente dislocato, vicino la fermata dell'autobus per NYC, l'hotel è gradevole pur necessitando di manutenzione ordinaria per l'intero edificio. Camere ok con comodo letto king e silenziose, wifi ok, aria condizionata, ampio parcheggio, il bagno andrebbe rinnovato. Altri servizi in camera: frigo, ampio schermo tv, ferro da stiro, phon, microonde, caffettiera usa, asse da stiro. La cassaforte non funziona, non forniscono cuffie per doccia, shampoo. Livello di pulizia medio. Colazione gratuita...
