Hotel vicino a Montclair Art Museum - Newark

“We had a wonderful stay at this modern hotel in downtown Montclair. the location was excellent, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel restaurant was convenient, and we thoroughly enjoyed breakfast there. The food was fresh, well prepared and good quality. The parking was very expensive. We were able to find some street parkings.”

“We first checked in. Everything was fine until we tried to open the door with the card keys that didn't work went up-and-down the long hallways 3 times to the front desk and finally got in. The next morning got locked out again. Had to get the made to do a trick to open up the door. it's just ridiculous tgat they don't fix them.And then in the morning ordering breakfast from the kitchen in the lobby and was treated rudely and the young girl with the dyed grey hair was not nice to us at all. “We are a couple in holiday and we were there 3 more times, in previous years. The hotel is no more comfortable. 8 days there, never cleaned our room, never sheets change and towels as well!. The breakfast was terrible. No yogurt, no eggs, no bacon, no waffle, no jelly, no fruit, no fruit juice. only coffee and cereals!. Some of the staff were very rude, expecially those present at breakfast. Our door was opened during the night, while we were sleeping. Next morning, We asked to check by cameras...
