“This place was truly a surprise. We had a number of rooms for a family event in town. Each room was unique, well appointed and interesting. Hit all of the bars - clean, comfortable beds and excellent service. The women who checked us in was professional, personable and helpful. Could not ask for anything more.”

“My first impression of The Wilshire Grand Hotel in West Orange was that it looked nice from the outside, but that quickly changed once I got to my room. As soon as I walked in, I could tell it wasn’t clean—there were stains on multiple surfaces, which was really off-putting. I also had an issue with the door. “The hotel is clean and employees are friendly. We did experience teens banging on our door at 10:45pm twice. We were traveling with our two kids who are under 5 and they were both terrified and did not sleep all night due to them not understanding why someone would come and bang on our doors in a hotel at that time. Never have experienced this before so for that reason I cant give it a 5 star review ”
