“We are a couple in holiday and we were there 3 more times, in previous years. The hotel is no more comfortable. 8 days there, never cleaned our room, never sheets change and towels as well!. The breakfast was terrible. No yogurt, no eggs, no bacon, no waffle, no jelly, no fruit, no fruit juice. only coffee and cereals!. Some of the staff were very rude, expecially those present at breakfast. Our door was opened during the night, while we were sleeping. Next morning, We asked to check by cameras...

“From check-in to check-out this hotel was great. I stayed here back in 2019 when I was working in Tuxedo Park NY, and after a rash of other hotels letting my wife and I down since the plague of 2020 I found my way back here.
