“Very disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty, there was hair on the bed and pillows, a cockroach in the room, and water leaking from a damaged ceiling. After I complained, I was moved to another room, but the second room had the same issues and was in similarly poor condition. The overall condition of the hotel was unsanitary and unacceptable. “We are a couple in holiday and we were there 3 more times, in previous years. The hotel is no more comfortable. 8 days there, never cleaned our room, never sheets change and towels as well!. The breakfast was terrible. No yogurt, no eggs, no bacon, no waffle, no jelly, no fruit, no fruit juice. only coffee and cereals!. Some of the staff were very rude, expecially those present at breakfast. Our door was opened during the night, while we were sleeping. Next morning, We asked to check by cameras...

“The room was clean, but the air conditioning was very loud and disrupted our sleep. The body wash dispenser in the shower did not work. The breakfast room was so overcrowded on our second morning that we just walked away. There is only one coffee machine, and we could not get close to it. This hotel rents to large bus tours that overwhelm the place. We will not stay here again.”

“La struttura ai trova in una zona tranquilla da dove si puo raggiungere in circa 40 minuti New York con la macchina . Il parcheggio è comodo e c'è sempre qualcuno in reception che gentilmente è li ad assisterti se necessario. Le condizioni generali dell'hotel non sono ovviamente eccelse,ma quando si cerca il risparmio ci si deve aspettare che non si spicchi nelle cose che normalmente rendono un soggiorno piu costoso. “I don't usually do this, but it was bad. We stayed for a week. Not too terrible the first 5 nights. Then I needed to extend another night, the lady at the desk couldn't help me do so, said to come back in the morning for someone else to do it. Next morning she's asleep at the desk. Smh. Then extended another night. Got in late, only to find the toilet dont flush, shower was scalding, or cold. No in between. Desk says so sorry, if you stay again we will put you in a different room. Oh thanks...

“Ottimamente dislocato, vicino la fermata dell'autobus per NYC, l'hotel è gradevole pur necessitando di manutenzione ordinaria per l'intero edificio. Camere ok con comodo letto king e silenziose, wifi ok, aria condizionata, ampio parcheggio, il bagno andrebbe rinnovato. Altri servizi in camera: frigo, ampio schermo tv, ferro da stiro, phon, microonde, caffettiera usa, asse da stiro. La cassaforte non funziona, non forniscono cuffie per doccia, shampoo. Livello di pulizia medio. Colazione gratuita...
