Cottage in New Jersey

“Nice little cottage with private deck. Pretty quiet area and no problem with finding parking on the street for our 2nd car. Great location close to beach and boardwalk.”

“Loved staying here although we didn't spend too much time in the cottage. Very comfortable. The fenced in yard is perfect for dogs.”

“For little kids, sharp corners on furniture, not a lot of places to put “stuff” could use larger drawers in bedrooms, and some more shelving in each room. Wonderful couch, comfortable for kids sleeping on. The power recliner is broken on one of the sofas. Good tv’s. Could also use a baby gate.”

“nice little cottage close to beach and Washington street mall area. really only two complaints. parking is terrible. there is no off-street parking, and trying to find a spot is very hard. sometimes the next street back or more. the air conditioners barely kept the unit cool. they are too old and small for the rooms.”

“Great location steps away from the beach! My family and I enjoyed our time here even though the weather wasn’t great. There is great outdoor space if the weather is nice. Can’t beat the location to the beach and short walk to food and entertainment. The AC is so down units which can be noisy and there is no AC in the kitchens so those rooms tend to get warm. No dishwasher.”

“The location was the biggest benefit for staying here. You could walk to plenty of restaurants and bars and shops and didn’t have to move your car. Parking was great in June when we stayed, never a problem. The cottage could be improved by adding some hooks or a line outside for wet things, and a mirror to get ready in front of would go a long way. The picnic table outside needs to be replaced, it’s old and decrepit. The shower inside was impossibly tiny, so use the outdoor one. I would return...

“Property was just as described charming little place and short distance to beaches and ferry!”

“The place was very clean, cute and well taken care of. The backyard was large and our dog was happy roaming around in it. Loved the cute dog bowls they had there. My only negative was there was no blind on the backdoor, so I did feel a little exposed. Also, I am not sure, but I think the app they use (Vrbo) made communicating with them challenging at times. However, overall the place was great and nicely located near the beach but not too close. We would defiantly go again.”
