Struttura storica molto bella e ben organizzata, chiave magnetica per poter aprire anche il portone d'ingresso senza avere vincoli di orario; colazione buona, abbondante e a disposizione dalle 08:30 alle 10:30. Personale molto cordiale, disponibile e discreto. Ottima posizione anche per i mezzi pubblici.

Albergo in posizione centrale, ben gestito, molto raffinato ed elegante. Purtroppo alcune camere sono piccole, con minuscolo bagno interamente chiuso all'interno della stanza stessa, la differenza con l'immagine pubblicitaria che mi aveva attirato e che ancora vedo qui accanto mentre scrivo è enorme. Sarebbe necessaria una migliore presentazione, anche con differenziazione di prezzi

Ottima accoglIenza e ospitalità
Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Casa do Principe è non solo accogliente ma anche ‘bello’ . La colazione è buona. Le stanze molto pulite e con una bella vista su strada, quindi sui giardini. La posizione è ottima per visitare la città a piedi e con mezzi pubblici. La sensazione più bella, anche solo restando una notte, è quella di aver provato i sapori e il calore del Portogallo. L’assaggio di Porto come benvenuto e la colazione con prodotti portoghesi, la dolcezza e la simpatia delle signore che ti accolgono alla reception, contribuiscono a trasformare un semplice pernottamento di passaggio a Lisbona in una autentica esperienza. Obrigada!

Staying in the heart of Principe Real was wonderful. The hotel was charming and offered a wonderful light breakfast daily. The rooms were stunning and our room had beautiful floor to ceiling windows that opened and overlooked the street. There is a lovely park with coffee spots and vendors and music and a restaurant right across the street which we loved! Would definitely recommend!

The room was clean and had character, but could use some sprucing up (broken tiles, etc). The biggest issue was that the mini fridge did not work (and smelled moldy). Good area, friendly staff. Mediocre breakfast with great fresh OJ. Note: I booked a taxi (to the airport) through the hotel. I was told it was €35 cash. Arrive at the airport and driver had no change. None. So I gave her a 50 and received nothing back. What if I’d only had 100 euro bill? You need to advise your guests of this or speak with the taxi service.

The property next door is under construction, it was very loud during the day. The entrance and stairs were very dark, other than that this old building was well kept and the rooms are beautiful

Beautiful old building, in a great location for walking into the city and surrounding areas, metro is close by. Room was Beautiful and facing the park, couldn't hear much noise from the road. Breakfast was lovely each morning, the breakfast room was small and a bit cramped when tables were full but it was manageable. Would definitely stay again.

I really liked that it is princess/prince themed. That is the main reason why I booked it. The breakfast was fine. I wished it had lunch and dinner. And a place to bring groceries if one wants to cook and or put food from the restaurants and eat it later. A fridge, stove, and a place to do laundry would have been great. There was also a lot of really noisy construction going on. I did not like that at all. I also needed to get refunded because I had an emergency at the apartment I already booked prior to booking the stay. The water boiler broke and I did not know when it would have been fixed but it was fixed like 2 -3 days prior of me staying at the hotel. Super furious they would not let me cancel it due to an emergency and it is no longer needed.

First it was sold as Hotel, it’s not a hotel, it’s less than a B&B. No garden at all, building under renovation with all heavy machinery work extremely noisy and stressful. Extremely poor breakfast, same cheese and same unhealthy processed meet for the whole week. The staff seen that I bought my own breakfast after 2 nd day. No reception at all, a desk between 2 rooms. Extremely noisy wooden floors, people walked on the floor above till 01:28 am with heavy heels .. corridor lights coming under the door and on the sides of the door at 6 am. From 6 am it was like I had a light in my room, woke me up every single morning.. terrible stay, I feel sorry for the wonderful staff , Antonio specially is a great staff , very very helpful. The so called reception desk was next to my door, the lady receptionist was coughing and cleared her throat every few minutes every morning she was on duty.. construction machineries from 7 am, corridor lights around door into my room from 06:05 am .. horrible stay .

Casa do Principe is located on the first floor of a 19th century building, so of course the mantenance and constructions are different.The building next to us is on contruction but due to Portuguese law we can not due anything about it, since they wok on working hours and we are in the city center.Last but not least, it was a pleasure for us making you a surprise free upgrade during your stay, since you made the reservation for an Historic Room, and we put you in a Premium Room with a private balcony .Warmest regards,

The entrance was not clean, no light at first when open the main door. No one available to welcome us. It was a bit scary. The property owner could add an automatic light at the entrance and have a sign to indicate guest where to go. Add more towels to the room. Have a more variety of breakfast. They serve the same thing every morning.

There is ongoing construction next door that made it quite noisy. There was nothing the hotel could do about it. Need a comfortable chair in the room.

The room featured on the website has nothing to do with the room you actually get. Pure bait and switch. Gross mis-representation. You think you're getting a large room filled with light and a huge bed and instead your room has a bathroom built right in the room, literally carved out of the corner which leaves inches on either side of the bed. I also got bitten by bed bugs!!!!!

Dear Mahsati,Sorry to hear that this was not what you thought it would be, but you did not even stay with us on this reservation it was a no show.You stayed one week before this, and you already made your comment with our respond. But as explain you before, we are a Bed&Brekfast not an Hotel and we have 4 types of rooms, you made a reservation for an Historic one (the smallest cathegory). As you can see when you made the reservation there are different types of rooms, the default image says "Imperial Suite" and you have reserved an Historic one, so of course is smaller.Warnest regards
