No era lo que esperaba
Parece más un Air B n B que un hotel. El sitio es céntrico y está muy bien de acabos, se ve que se ha remodelado hace poco tiempo. El inconveniente ha sido que: El check inlo hice en un hotel a 10 minutos andando del establecimiento en si y con calles bastante empinadas que al arrastrar una maleta de cabina no fue muy agradable. En segundo lugar (y esto no tienen nada que ver con el alojamiento) a 50 metros de la fachada de mi habitación estaban rehabilitando otro hotel y los días que he estado desde las 06:00 de la mañana estaban tirando escombros de un derrumbe en un contenedor y esto me ha despertado los dos días. Por último las escaleras son muy empinadas, como en todos los edificios históricos y lleno de medias plantas.

The check-in process is at a hotel ten minutes from the apartment. This was relatively inconvenient and should have been made more clear at the time of booking. This neighborhood is nice, but incredibly noisy. I would not recommend staying here.

Disappointing stay
Let’s start with the positive. Its location was great, unfortunately the room itself was very disappointing. Everything inside was extremely small. The bed was so small that we had to only sleep on our sides or we’d fall out of bed. On one side of the bed, it was very tight to walk around. The bathroom was very cramped & it had one of those capsule enclosed showers & was so small that you could only wash by just turning around. Don’t even attempt bend down to try & wash your feet. The decor was old & worn. The kitchen only had some crockery & a few knives & forks but it did have a small microwave, kettle & fridge. I think it was quite expensive for what you actually got. Parking was also very expensive & you really had to organise that yourself.

Wonderful place
Superb place in central Lisbon. This place looked like it could have accommodated several people. It was beautifully furnished, had a small kitchen area. I would stay here again.

the place in an unbeatable location, but very noisy, you can hear absolutely everything, both what happens on the street and inside, I could barely rest calmly. Apparently there is no respect for the client either, on the second day it seems they had to do a repair, around eight in the morning a lot of hammering and auger noise. I know that if it has to be fixed there to do it, but at that time?

good location and fairly comfortable
Location is very good - close to many major sites. Two complaints... my wife hated the kitchen. Very few utensils, only frying pan was a wok. Only 1 room had air conditioning, which made the upper 2 loft beds in the other room too warm. The beds are about 10 feet above the floor, so the cold air doesn't make it up there. No soap was provided in the bathroom.

Our experience
The location of the hotel is in the midst of Lissabon. If you want to be close to everything and want a nightlife it’s perfect, if not, it gives you a sleepless night because it’s very much noise from the street even in the night. The room is nice and it’s a nice style, but it’s very small, which I realized when I arrived with my luggage. The rooms are clean and the beds comfort.... the reception is around 10 min walk from the hotel, but when you checked in you get a taxi to the hotel. Because of corona it was no breakfast served which they told us when we checked in.

难过的经历
不是特别理想。酒店是公寓式的，提供的早饭要在一公里之外的地方吃，很不方便。入住的时候，咨询在check out的时以后，是否可以把行李箱存放在宾馆。告知可以，放在房间里即可，放到几点都可以，然后走的时候把钥匙放在房间即可。但是等下午两点走我们走的时候，房间里没了行李。每人告知行李放哪里了，公寓里也没人，也没留个纸条啥的。自己找了一会，在杂物的走廊里找到了。非常愤怒，但是当时赶飞机，所以没找他们理论。非常不推荐！！！

Dear Kay Thanks for your feedback. When you booked the room you had all the information written there ( check out time(12:00h), check in time,(14:30h)and the place for breakfast ). Our cleanning ladys had problems with the cleanning of your room for next guests , because you had all of your bags inside, we tried to call on the phone that you provide but not working, we advise you to always check all information before you reserve any room next time. Amazing staff, very welcoming and helpful. Room was perfectly located in the heart of the city and easy to go in/out. The only negative is that two of the beds were lofted and the ladders were somewhat slippery to climb up at night. All in all, it was a great place to stay and we'll certainly visit Lisbon and Solar dos Poetas again.

The check-in team was fantastic. Reception is located 10 minutes away, but they were extremely friendly and accommodating and gave us a free ride to the apartment so we didn't have to drag our luggage around the city. The apartment is in an old, historic building right in the center of Baixa and has more of a traditional, rustic decor. The furnishings are eclectic and there are some nice touches like the traditional Portuguese tiled floor in the entrance way. The kitchen was old and lacking some basics, but the bathroom had been updated and the shower was clean and hot, no complaints there. They supplied a good hair dryer and the A/C was sufficient (and it was 100+ outside). We could not get the TV working, however, and the WiFi was weak (owing to the very thick walls in the building). The setup could be challenging for some - there's a main bedroom with a double bed and then two sleeping lofts containing a total of 3 twin beds. These would not be suitable for very small children or older people as the stairs to access the loft are quite steep. However, my children (ages 6 & 9) did just fine with them. The loft setup means there is a general lack of privacy. Overall, this was an interesting place to stay and a good value for the price, but the setup will only suit a particular type of group. It was good for a short stay. The location is fantastic.

Nice apartment close to all the sights
Nice little apartment in old town within walking distance to all sights. Apartment is at different location from main hotel, so check in and key pick up is there but is close. We had early check out and we were able to leave key rather than run it back. Staff was friendly, helpful, and left us homemade treats. Only complaints: shower is tiny and we wished for a welcome book that had instructions for things like thermostat, TV, etc.

Nice location
Great location, both the apartment and main office. Easy to access from the subway. The front desk was extremely helpful. There was an issue when we were checking in. The girls at the front desk did the best they could to try and make us comfortable while we waited. Overall, a decent place to stay for the price.

Schönes Appartment mitten in Lissabon. Mit wenigen Schritten ist man an den Hauptpunkten der Stadt. Toll ist das Frühstück und das Flair im Hotel Palácio das Especiarias. Hier bekommt man einen Einblick in das Lissabon der letzten Jahrhunderte, liebevoll und mit vielen Details.

Die Online Seite zeigt ein Paar nette Apartments, was wir gebucht haben war ein Apartment Deluxe, dass total romantisch auf den Bildern aussah, war es aber nicht. Was wir aber bekommen haben, war ein mini Apartment mit mini Bad und eine extrem umkortable Dusche, unbequeme Matratzen und eine sehr steile und hohe Leiter zum "Hochbetten" dafür bitte fit sein und keine Knie Probleme haben... lieber nicht mit Kinder! Lärm war ok. Aber nichts für empfindliche Menschen. Sehr zentrale Lage, das Apartment ist ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg von der Frühstückseinrichtung entfernt (Palácio das Especiarias) wo alles viel toller eingerichtet ist. Das Frühstück mit vielen frischen Sachen und sehr guter Kaffee, tolles Ambiente mit Klavierspieler im Hintergrund. Nette Personal.

TERRIBLE, worst experience ever
The worst experience EVER! You have to do the check in in a different hostel that is like 1 km away! Once we realized and walk with our 2 years old baby we have to knock the door for more than 30 minutes waiting for someone to open the door. Receptionist told us there is only 1 lobby for 5 different a hostels and only 1 guy in charge of everything! The breakfast they offered is in the same place where you do the check in:1 km away from the place you are supposed to be staying! Decoration is terrible, instead of 1 double bed they offered 2 individuals together. It is well located but the street is too noisy. I've never take this place again in my life.

Pictures are deceiving
This is not a hotel, but more of a spread-out apartments in different places without a lobby or dedicated staff. The rooms look nothing like the pictures as they are small and feel more like camping. You can hardly fit into the bathroom and the shower door can hardly contain your body.

family of 5 friendly hotel
Great place to stay for our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teenagers and child). Centrally located in downtown Lisbon. The meal included was a buffet breakfast and was awesome! We all loved it. The beds were comfortable and the place was generally quiet. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone!

Don't stay in these apartments
Horrible service. The process of checking in was almost two hours. The check in counter and breakfast are 30 minutes walk from the apartments. The phone was out of order and you could not communicate with the reception staff. The tv is super small and not working but you can't call the reception to fix it because they are on different location.

Great option for Lisbon.
Warm reception at the hotel where you check in. The apartment is a 10 minute walk away, but the hotel provided a ride to apartment. Very nice place with small kitchenette in the heart of many restaurants. Breakfast included at the hotel was excellent. I would highly recommend for small family. Loft beds are a bit high, so probably not best for small children.

Rustic room in great location
The room is in a very old and unique building. Close to the river and city center. The main issue is that the hotel staff and reception are in a separate building almost a mile away, making check in and check out difficult. The shower was small and needs repair. But if you're looking for a very unique and interesting room in a central location, this is a good find.
