Dear William,Thanks ever so much for your feedback, it's very important to us. We would like to point out one little detail which is the Casual Belle Époque is listed as a 4-star hotel, not a 5-star. The floors are indeed carpeted, however they're cleaned on a daily basis with special products for obvious reasons. The air conditioning remote control can be easily operated from the room, we always explain at check-in on how to handle these units so as to avoid any misconceptions. Please don't be shy to ask questions and request help from the front desk when it's required. Our staff will go above and beyonf to solve any issues. My best regards.
