Le lieux est très agréable et le logement était parfait très propre.
Le propriétaire est à l écoute et arrangeant. Il faudrait mettre de nouvelles photos plus belles pour mieux mettre en valeur le logement car c est encore plus beau en réalité. Merci on a passer un très beau séjour

Lugar tranquilo y familiar
Es un apartamento ubicado en un lugar tranquilo y familiar, donde se puede descansar y disfrutar de las vacaciones. Hay piscina y cancha de tenis en la urbanización y muchas playas cerca. También puedes desplazarte en coche a Lisboa, Cascais, Sintra y Estoril en poco tiempo. Ketan y Sandra fueron muy amables y dispuestos a ayudarnos. Totalmente recomendable!

Nous avons grandement apprécié le confort de l'appartement ainsi que ses installations (lave-vaisselle, laveuse,piscine, garage, ascenseur) ainsi que les gâteries offertes par le propriétaire(vin, fruits et pain). Par contre, nous avons été déçu de ne pas avoir accès à du savon à vaisselle et lavette, savon à main dans les salles de bains. Nous n'avons pas apprécié nous faire dire que se sont les gens avant nous qui en sont responsables.

Had a great week at apartment, new sofa was comfortable and apartment is spacious with enough beds for 7 people.. village close buy had a great little bakery.

Spacious and comfortable property in a lovely spot
We stayed for 5 nights here. Using the pool and tennis court every day - we appeared to be the only users which was great. We had a hire car but also made use of the local bus (413)from Manique village square to get to Cascais, buses run until late in the evening so plenty time for dinner in Cascais with no one having to drive back. Bakery in the village was lovely and there is a Lidl a short car ride away or we also used the local grocery shop.

Property and compound were fine but not much to see locally.
Good location but a car is essential. Close to beaches, Sintra, Lisbon and the dreaded shopping complex.

Lovely apartment, very clean. A real home from home located in the quaint village of Manique.
A lovely part of Portugal to stay with plenty places to visit. Cascais, Estoril and the gorgeous village of Odidos to name a few. We enjoyed a train journey from Estoril to Lisbon along the coast which only took 40 mins. Would highly recommend both the apartment and the area.

Nice apartment
We had a good stay for 4 weeks, unfortunately the weather wasn`t very good the last 3 weeks. A lot of rain which is unusual for the region. The area is quiet and the flat is very big. Perfect for 2 couples. Gerard and his contactpersons were answering immediately if we had any questions. Cascais, Obidos and Sintra and of course Lisbon are absolutely worth a visit.

Excellent Apartment
I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to visit the area - it is extremely spacious, immaculately clean and very well equipped - we hire a lot of holiday apartments and it was great to have everything in working order for once. The underground parking is so convenient and easy too and the area is peaceful. It is just a few minutes drive to Cascais where you can find everything you need, with the added bonus of a bakery, small provisions shop and a couple of bars and restaurants only a few minutes walk away in the village. Thank you very much for a great stay.

Wichtige Verbesserungen wären mit wenig Aufwand möglich...
Das Wichtigste: Die Wohnung ("geeignet für Senioren") ist mE schon wegen der extrem (!) niedrigen Betten für ältere und/oder mobilitätseingeschränkte Gäste ungeeignet. Das Problem schien dem Vermittler auch bekannt. Er zauberte ein selbstaufblasendes Gästebett hervor, das allerdings schon teildefekt und auch deutlich schmaler (152 statt 180 cm) war. Immerhin konnten unsere Mitreisenden damit über eine Woche einigermaßen klar kommen, aber die Urlaubsfreude war auch wegen der ständigen Probleme mit billigen Lattenrosten (Rollroste) deutlich getrübt. "Rollstuhlgeeignet"? Zwar erreicht man die Wohnung von der Tiefgarage mittels Aufzug, jedoch sind die Verkehrsflächen eng und keines der Bäder ist für Rollstuhlfahrer ohne Assistenz nutzbar. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung nicht in jeder Hinsicht praktisch, aber sauber und entspricht der Beschreibung. WLAN sehr gut, TV-Bild eher schlecht, nur 1 deutschsprachiger Sender (RTbLöd). Die Anlage scheint ein Renditeobjekt und teilweise vernachlässigt. Hohe Mauern, tagsüber Pförtner. Wer nachts rein oder raus will, muss ein Gittertor und eine Schranke überwinden. Die Funktion der Fernbedienungen sollte man sofort testen, denn bei leerer Batterie bleibt man draußen. Um den Ablauf des Checkouts sollte man sich rechtzeitig kümmern, wenn man zB sehr früh zum Flughafen muss. Eine Informationsmappe mit wichtigen Hinweisen (was ist zB, wenn man nachts einen Arzt rufen muss?) haben wir nicht gefunden. Vieles von dem, was in der Werbung unter Wellness, Attraktionen, Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Sport und Abenteuer aufgeführt wird, ist vielleicht weiter entfernt oder außer Betrieb, jedenfalls gibt es auch hierzu keinerlei Informationen. Im Ort (5-10 Min. zu Fuß) Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt, Apotheke, Geldautomat und Bushaltestelle (413 - ESTORIL-CASCAIS), die häufig bedient wird, auch sonntags und spät abends. In Cascais (<20 Min.) erreicht man das Stadtzentrum und einen großen Supermarkt. Von beiden Stationen ist man mit den Comboios (Linha de Cascais) rasch in der Innenstadt von Lissabon. Mit dem Auto sollte man (wirklich!) nicht in die Hauptstadt fahren. Auch kleine Restaurants sind in Manique vorhanden, wir empfehlen Tasquinha do Pão Mole (s. meine Rezension bei Google Maps). Wer gerne Fisch isst und sich nicht auskennt, sollte sich von einem Eingeborenen eine Empfehlung geben lassen. Wir haben diesbezüglich leider s e h r schlechte (und teure) Erfahrungen machen müssen. Die Erstattung der Kaution erfolgte problemlos nach 1 Wo.

Tres bel appartement
Appartement très beau, très grand, deux chambres, deux salle de bains, conforme à la description. Il est preferable d'avoir un gps pour s'y rendre. L'appartement est situé près d'Estoril, de Cascais et a distance raisonable de Lisbonne via l'autoroute (20 minutes). L'appartement était propre à l'arrivée, on ėtait attendu par le personnel de confiance. Le garage est fort apprécié. Le seul petit reproche, est que les lieux communs (piscine, jardin, couloirs communs..) semblent être très peu entretenus. Dommage.

Muy buena opcion!
La estancia ha sido muy agradable. Buena ubicación para conocer la zona y Lisboa. La casa muy amplia, acogedora y amueblada muy moderna. Sólo le pondría una pequeña pega y es que vendría muy bien un mesa en la cocina. El propietario un diez!

Gerard's apartment is modern, quiet, comfortable, well appointed with an excellent view.
I highly recommend this property. It is beautifully decorated - just like in the pictures - and has all the bells and whistles of an upscale condo. We had a lovely stay. Gerard and his caretakers made our stay very easy and comfortable. The apartment is very central to Cascais, Sintra and the beaches - about 10 minutes drive - and we really enjoyed exploring the castles and museums as well as Guincho and other beaches. The apartment is 5 min drive from Cascais Shopping' supermarket which has everything, but we also enjoyed walking to the coffee shop, bakery, grocer and restaurant in the sleepy village of Manique. Loved the air conditioning and the pool at the end of a hot day. Thank you for letting us use your home. Until next time.

Très bon séjour
Nous avions loué cet appartement situé au 1er étage fin avril 2017, à 2 couples. Les photos sont vraiment conformes à la réalité. Le gîte est très propre, confortable , dans une résidence au calme et bien que nous ayons dû prendre la voiture pour nos excursions, cela valait la peine de se retrouver dans cet espace serein . La literie est confortable et tout y est dans la cuisine. L' accueil de Sandra, après 7 à 8 heures de route est dès plus plaisant. je recommande sans hésiter ce gîte dont je garde l'adresse, au cas où je reviendrais du côté de Lisbonne.

Lovely apartment, 5 stars!
We loved our stay! This is a wonderful, lovely, very well mantained apartment, in the great and safe enviroment of Villaggio Manique. The apartment is very light, perfectly clean. It is very spacious and decorated with good taste. It is very well equipped .with everything that we needed and more, like a fine Delta Q coffee machine. The apartment is in the best location inside the Villaggio Manique Complex, close to the swimming pool and tennis courts. We enjoyed so much the beautiful sunset view from the balcony in the living room. In a 5 minutes walk you are in the middle of the cute and small Manique villa with a bakery, cafe, bank, pharmacy and small tipical restaurants. In a few minutes by car we could reach the beaches, Cascaishopping, the historical Sintra... Our kids felt at home and we really enjoyed very much our stay. The owner is very friendly and dedicated to a perfect guests´ stay. The manager is very nice and make a great work taking care of everything we needed. We definitely recommend this apartment, it is 5 stars!

Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt, und alle Angaben wie in der Beschreibung waren vorhanden. Mit der angegebenen Adresse , war es selbst mit Navi eine große Herausforderung, Dank eines Autofahrers ( Portugiese ) der uns bis zur Anlage geführt hat, sind wir endlich angekommen. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist ausserhalb in einem schönen und ruhigen Wohngebiet, ein Auto ist erforderlich. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Spacious well equipped apartment
Nice quiet location but not far from all the amenities. Very spacious apartment with everything you need for a great holiday. Great meet and greet and it was nice to have a secure garage for the hire car.

Condomínio sossegado
Gostei da localização, do apartamento em si e das comodidades em geral. Penso que deveria haver mais roupa de cama e banho à disposição. Fiquei 6 noites e se achava que já estavam sujas, teria que as lavar para voltar a usar. O apartamento precisa de umaser pequenas remodelações mas ao fim do Verão penso que é normal que assim seja. A repetir, de certo.

The appartment is great, 4 stars! It was our fist holidays as a familiy (my baby, my husband and my parents) and it was perfect. All baby facilities (feeding chair, travel cot...) are included. Well located to visit Estoril, Lisbon, Cascais and Sintra. Gerard gave us all info we had asked for (where to buy, where to park...). Good communication! But the condo is not updated, the SPA is not working and Security guard is only available during weekends. A lot of appartments are ON SALE. Mantenance and cleaning of the resort is not adequate.

Very good apartment but poor quality pool facility.
The apartment is very spacious, modern and well maintained. It was as described and included all relevant equipment. The only disappointing feature was the swimming pool. Both the pool and surrounding areas are poorly maintained. For example, lots of tiles missing from pool and no sun loungers. This needs improving as it detracts from the experience of staying here.

Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und war sauber und gepflegt. Mit der Adresse und kleinen Karte sind wir immerhin in die Nähe gekommen und wurden dann mit telefonischen Informationen sicher zum Ziel geleitet. Die Betreung vor Ort ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist ausserhalb in einem schönen und ruhigen Wohngebiet, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Am Bahnhof von Cascais gibt es eine Parkplatz,wo man das Auto für 4 Euros den ganzen Tag parken kann.Also ideal um die Bahnfahrt nach Lissabon zu geniesen. Es sind viele Informationen über alle Attraktionen in der Wohnung vorhanden, was die Planung sehr erleichtert. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und modern ausgestattet. Auch im Küchenbereich fehlte es an Nichts. Neben einer Kaffee- Kapselmaschine stehen ein Waschtrockner und eine Mikrowelle stehen zur Verfügung. Das Verwalterpaar ist sehr entgegenkommend, aufgeschlossen und jederzeit kontaktierbar. Tennisplatz und Poolanlage gefielen uns sehr. Flutlicht und Poolbeleuchtung laden auch am Abend zu sportlichen Aktivitäten ein. Alles in allem.....ein gelungener Urlaub. Ein Auto sollte allerdings zur Verfügung stehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie die Orte Estoril, Cascais und Sintra sind von Manique aus schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
