Ostello in zona centrale: un pregio per la vicinanza delle attrazioni ma un difetto per la rumorosità in ogni ora. Cucina senza fornelli: peccato! Pulizia stanza e servizi quotidiana. Ostello senza reception: ricevi tutte le istruzioni di come accedere alla stanza via mail. Paghi anche le tasse di soggiorno, pulizie ed asciugamani lasciando la quota in camera ma non rilasciano ricevuta sulle tasse ma solo sul prezzo pensione: quindi non hai una garanzia che te le possano addebitare sulla carta.....

Hotel situato al 4 piano senza ascensore
Nota positiva la posizione strategica per visitare il centro storico, aspetto critico la mancanza dell'ascensore e quindi il disagio di portare i bagagli a mano per 4 piani.

pension chaleureuse au coeur de Lisbonne
La pension Aljubarrota est un lieu que je recommande vivement. Elle est très bien située, en plein centre de Lisbonne et proche de tous les moyens de transport en commun. Elle possède en plus de nombreux atouts: cuisine mise à disposition avec thé,café et fruits à volonté, balcon attenant au salon commun, les chambres avec salle de bain commune disposent d'un lavabo et les sanitaires sont très fonctionnels.L'endroit est également très calme et le personnel est très agréable.

受付が9:00-20:00しか開いていないため、深夜着の場合には前日に教えられるパスコードで入り口を開ける段取りになっていたが、入口に看板も電気もなくどこが入り口か全くわからなかった。エレベーターはなく中も電気が少なく、お化け屋敷のような暗い階段を荷物を持って４Fまであがらなければならない。部屋には暖房がなく寒くて酷かった。このような状態にもかかわらず１泊8,000円もするのは全く納得いかなかった。受付がいる場合の対応は悪くはなかったが、このホテルには絶対に宿泊したくない。

We regret any inconvenience but indeed the site does mention clearly that we are on a 4th floor without elevator; concerning the light, the lights of the stairs are on all night- in over 20 years we never had any complaint about that so we find it odd. The rooms are each equipped with a heater, we regret if the operation of the same was too complex. We try our best to serve with kindness and effectiveness but we greatly depend on a clint's feedback timely, meaning it might have made your stay better if when the staff was here something was said. If a client never expresses any question or concern during the whole stay we will be under the impression that everything is alright. Please if you would be so kind, for your own convenience, next time - here or in any other hotel, do approach the receptions with your valid input and concerns, it is, believe us, in our interest also that you have a good stay. I imagine this to have been a very typical old-style Portuguese property where you will have tiles on walls and a sink in your room. But the property was very clean and I slept really well at night. Plus it is in the very middle of Baxia, and you cannot stay at a more interesting place while in Lisbon!

Excellent location, friendly staff
Staff was friendly and very helpful. The kitchen, Salas, wc shower and room are well maintained and spotless :-) however there's no AC. Prepare for cardio exercise as it is located on the 4th floor and no elevator. Had a nice stay here :-)

Cosy place, great location to explore old area by foot. Nice little balcony. Only thing if you have a heavy bag note you have to climb up 4 flights of stairs.

Pas luxueux mais agréable et bien situé
Petite chambre pas luxueuse du tout mais propre et agréable le matin avec une porte fenêtre donnant sur un petit balcon et laissant entrer le soleil. Excellent emplacement, très central, très commode pour visiter tous les quartiers de la ville. Minuscule cabinet de toilette avec douche et WC. Quatrième étage lumineux et aéré... mais sans ascenseur !

Charming guesthouse in the heart of Lisbon
I had a comfortable 3-night guesthouse stay that felt cosy like visiting grandma's house back in time. The reception and service was friendly and the Portuguese tiling and furnishings full of character. Best I loved the central location for walking around the beautiful old town, the main shopping streets lined with restaurants and to the waterfront. The city views from the balconies are very pretty and the location is super quiet because there is no vehicular traffic below. My single room was small with a sink (shared toilet and shower in hallway), and a cooling fan, heater and extra blankets that I didn't need in July. A basic kitchen (fridge, microwave) and sitting room with tv are shared, and free tea/coffee with biscuits are provided. The free wifi worked well and there were several outlets in the room for charging devices. I would recommend asking for a room with a balcony and bringing light luggage only, as the guesthouse is on the 4th floor and there is no lift in the building.

John was quite helpful! Also provided great tips. The bathrooms couldve been cleaner, as Gisela was constantly cleaning, but just the amount of people using it did not help her or the maintenance of the cleanliness. Great location though!

위치는 좋습니다. 대신 밤에 시끄러울 수 있습니다. 화장실과 샤워부스가 방에 같이 있는 건 무척 편하고 만족스러웠지만 전반적으로 시설이 오래되어 냄새가 났습니다. 더러운 게 아니라 낡아서 나는 냄새였어요. 침대 매트리스도 무척 부실하고요.

Clean, cheap and central
I stayed 2 nights in the Pensao Aljubarrota and it suited my needs perfectly, I do hope to stay there again in the future, it might not suit everyone's tastes as it is rather old fashioned, the stairs are very steep and it's a long climb to the 4th floor and there are no TV's in the rooms, but it is very clean, and has a very handy kitchen where guests can cook their own meals, the location is very central and only a short walk from trams, metro, Rossio railway station etc., there are lot's of places to eat nearby and there is a McDonnalds a short walk away with free wifi. This hotel is very reasonably priced and the staff are super friendly and a pleasure to deal with, to sum up the rooms are basic, but it is clean, the location is central and the staff are brilliant. Déconseille pour les un peu âgés
Les chambres au 4 étage sans ascenseur. L ascenseur mentionne mais pas l étage. Pour les tourists un peut plus âgés avec les valises lourder c est terrible monter. Non acceptable. Les chambres sont vieilles et on sente ça partout malgré que c est propre. C est déconseille se,on moi, je suis désolé mais il faut être objectif.

Fourth Floor, and Worth the Walk
This hotel was almost like coming home. Yes; the room was small, but we don't need much. And the balcony french windows open on to one of the main shopping streets in the old part of downtown Lisbon. We spoke agreeably every day with the friendly staff here who explained, among other things, that no; I didn't break the french door . . . the way you turn the handle determines whether it's a door to the balcony or a tilt-in window for ventilation. The kitchen is open 24/7. Everything we needed was there . . . fresh fruit, dishes, cookware. Grocery stores are everywhere within a block or two, and we even found refrigerated pasteurized milk (as opposed to packaged sterilized) within three block. We're within half a dozen blocks of the oldest operating bookstore in the world, the Metro, even a railway station. This place is great. The in-suite toilet is a little cramped, but it's no worse than on an airliner. We are both happy campers. There's no elevator, and seventy-four steps is a workout, but I'm getting trimmer, and we walk everywhere anyway. If this apartment were in our price range, we'd seriously think about buying it to live in. Seriously. This place is great. Oh, and street entertainment and restaurants are EVERYWHERE. Wifi works perfectly.

I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff and I already miss the small daily konversations. The place has a little worn retro touch over it which is charming in its own way, the place is in general kept pleasantly clean. Furthermore I highly apriciated the central location, access to a common ref regulator and the dayly fresh fruit and coffee/tea selection.

Location is perfect. Luis was so friendly and helpful. I saw some bad comments regarding shower and wifi but it’s updated! I had hot shower and WiFi worked fine in the room too. I would definitely recommend and will come back again!

일단 간판이없기때문에 아침에 주소로 찾는데 너무 힘들었음. 엘레베이터가 없는상태에서 인포가 4층에 있어서 캐리어들고 올라가는데 너무 힘들었음. 그러나 주인이 너무 너무 친절했고. 방은 낡았으나 깨끗했음. 위치가 아주아주 좋아요.

Excellent accueil. Grande gentillesse du proprietaire qui est ouvert et desireux de satisfaire sa clientele. Concept interessant avec possibilite de cuisiner. Des fruits, du cafe, du the sont offerts a tout moment. Un appartement ancien et authentique. Un balcon agreable. En plein coeur de la ville grouillante et animee. Tres bon rapport qualite/prix. Mais attention, il faut grimper les quatre etages a pied.

ロシオ広場近くにある。バスルーム共用の部屋だった。確か5階部分がホテルになっており、エレベーターがないためスーツケースを持って上がるのは大変。ただ、スタッフは親身に対応してくれるため、居心地のいい滞在だった。

Location helt perfekt. 2 minuter från Metron. Gångavstånd till allt downtown. Rent. Tyst. Stort rum med liten balkong att sitta på två personer. Vackert portugisiskt kakel halvvägs upp på väggarna i rummet. Dusch med bra tryck. Stor säng. Tillgång till kök. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Ligger på fjärde våningen i gammalt hus utan hiss så man måste kunna klara trappor. Känns hemtrevligt. Man vet att man är i Lissabon och ingen annanstans i världen.

Enkelt boende, men helt ok om man tar rummen med dusch. 75 trappsteg upp och ingen hiss. Men läget är riktigt bra. Prisvärt helt enkelt

Hostel midt i Lissabons restaurant område
Sødt lille værelse med en romantisk altan, hvor det var muligt at nyde et glas vin til livet nede på gågaden. Stedet fungerede fint som et hostel med fælles køkken og køleskab og mulighed for at købe kolde drikkevarer og snack fra automat. Det lille hostel er en lejlighed næstøverst i en ejendom med mange trapper, som det ses mange steder i Lissabon. Værelset og de øvrige lokaler blev løbende rengjort. Det er fint at anbefale for kortere tid til billige penge og super lokalt.
