Personale attento, cortese, disponibile a soddisfare le richieste/esigenze della clientela. Stanza in ordine (la moquette è un po’ vecchiotta), letti ben fatti ed in bagno non mancavano mai asciugamani e set di cortesia. La stanza aveva solo due letti formanti un matrimoniale (non tre come preventivato), ma la reception (superlativi) ha prontamente risposto alla richiesta di distanziarli visto che viaggiavo con mio fratello. La doccetta e la serratura del bagno avevano qualche problemino (occorreva far forza per attuare il passaggio da rubinetto a doccetta mentre è bastato “avvitare la serratura” per renderla funzionante) in seguito risolti. Vi erano lavori in corso (piscina ed aree limitrofe). La mezza pensione consiste in un solo piatto a cena dal loro menù e bevande (vini e quant’altro) a parte. Ricca e gustosa colazione a buffet con personale attento ed affabile nonostante il diverso linguaggio. Qualcuno è stato in Italia (lavoro sulle navi) ed oltre ad elogiarne bellezza, cultura e cucina, si esprimeva in lingua italiana per farci cosa gradita. Il personale tutto, nessuno escluso, è degno di lode.

Ottimo hotel
Camere ampie e pulite. Ottima colazione. Personale gentile e efficiente sia alla reception, sia al ristorante, che alla SPA. Buona anche la posizione, vicinissimo alla Stazione dei treni. Lo consiglio a tutti.

Ottimo albergo in posizione strategica!
Abbiamo soggiornato otto giorni in questo albergo. La posizione è perfetta: vicino al mare, in centro ad Estoril e vicinissimo ai mezzi pubblici. Le camere erano pulite, il personale gentile peccato che alla reception nessuno parlava italiano ma ci siamo capiti comunque. La colazione era a buffet, varia, buona e abbondante. Il parcheggio (garage) è a pagamento ma più economico dei parcheggi pubblici (tutti a pagamento). Unica annotazione, magari avrebbe bisogno di un piccolo restiling per giustificare le quattro stelle.

Molto grazioso come albergo,vicino al mare
come esperienza è stata veramente bella. Vicino al mare e al casinò dove io e mio marito andavamo ogni sera. I miei veri complimenti li devo fare al direttore che forse di meglio non si potrebbe trovare in nessun albergo. Si dava da fare a fare tutto, si interessava di tutto dalla colazione al mattino dove era sempre presente. secondo le esigenze di mio marito che era stato operato per aneurisma all'addome la stanza che abbiamo trovato all'arrivo non era tra le migliori, lui l'indomani ci ha fatto trasferire in un'altra stanza dove era eccezionale. tutto lo staff cordialissimo, gentile e disponibile. se dovessi tornare in portogallo ritornerei sicuramente in questo albergo. We stayed one night and enjoyed the local beach and restaurants. Hotel was perfectly situated. We found our room clean but it was a little dated but overall just fine. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was delish at the buffet for dinner and breakfast.

The hotel is very close to the beach and the train station Estoril. It is easy to get there from Lisbon with the train. Breakfast and dinner are good and the staff is very friendly. Sometimes the communication was difficult because some employees hardly speak English, but they were always friendly and willing to help. The pool and the gym are nice, there is also a whirlpool and a Turkish bath that we didn’t use.

The property is dated, an 80s throwback. It needs complete updating and re-design for a 4-star hotel. There is a nightclub across the road pumping out music until late towards the weekend, a tired basement gym, limited sun loungers, no actual balconies (just bay windows) and basic restaurants / bar. It is clean, the rooms are a decent size and the beds comfortable but I expect this from simpler, cheaper establishments.

Probably the most helpful and friendly people we have seen in a hotel. Room comfortable, breakfast awesome, great pizza in restaurant and very close to the beach and boardwalk to Cascais. Perefct for a few days!

Lo mejor del hotel es el aparcamiento. Justo delante de la puerta es gratuito aunque no hay muchos sitios. En las calles de alrededor hay zona relativamente cara (1,50€/hora) pero que acaba pronto (8pm). Sino, el propio parking del hotel es barato (7,50€/día)

This property has the best views to the pool and ocean. Everything was great. Check in was a breeze. Person at check in was such a pleasure to deal with. Very friendly and checked us in super fast. Even checked us in early. Every request that was asked of the staff was taken care of very promptly. Breakfast was delicious. Check out was a breeze. All of the staff was very friendly. Hotel is very clean. Never had a problem with noise and my room was by the elevator. If I had to say one negative thing is that room service and bar service at the pool was a bit slow. But, I can't really complain because I know most hotels and restaurants all over the world are understaffed for some reason. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The only major problem was there was no iron in the rooms. We had to send our clothes out for fee to get pressed.

Great location. Great staff. A lovely room with good air con. The food was good, at times great, other times not as good but this is a personal preference. Good gym, small but functional. Pool is not massive but is a good depth where you can stand all the way from one end to the other. Lovely Brazilian staff working in the hotel. The bald manager running the restaurant was exceptional.

Vissa hotell man bott på genom livet har ofta var mer än att bara ge dig den där sömnen man behöver och andra har givet dig ett minne för livet!! När det nästa känns sorgligt att checka ut och där allt varit perfekt från första mötet efter parkerat bil eller mött personal i receptionen!? Fantastiska Andre från Brasilien som tog emot här i Estoril och berätta om vad man kan hitta på och se under 3 dygn och vart vi kunde fira Kwan Kwanyoo födelsedag mm Andre ordnade fin och liten kaka och en flaska vin som stod som en grattis present 🎁 till Kwan när vi kom hem igår Frukost rum med amazing view allt bara så himla perfekt 😍 Vi lämnar idag detta fina ställe för Lisabon då vi har många stop och kommer alltid minnas denna vistelse

Beliggenhed fin, men værelset var ikke rart.
Værelset var meget mørkt, og efterlod med en følelse af, at der manglede ilt og frisk luft, både på værelset og på gangene. Det lugtede af klam kælder på værelset. Ikke et tart sted for allergikere. Elevatorerne var små, og det var nærmest umuligt at komme med dem. Vi fandt dog en løsning og brugte nødtrappen. Morgenmad og reception var fint. Personalet imødekommende. Hotellet ligger ikke mange minutter fra strand og togstation. Og i 15 min gåafstand til den lidt større by.

Härligt hotell i Estoril, (Vila Galé Estoril)
Ett trevligt och välkomnande hotell. Bra och bekväma rum, utmärkt service (vänliga och intresserade av att hjälpa till). Lugnt trots att vi bodde ut mot poolen och vägen utanför. En liten och egentligen ovidkommande detalj att förbättra, vore om hotellet kunde uppdatera hissarna. Lite för små, och ineffektivt programmerade.

Great staff , food and location
Everything was amazing , friendly staff good food, the hotel facilities is very good and the hotel location is great just across the road from Estoril train station, but for the price that we pay per night the parking should be included in my opinion, other than that everything was perfect.
