If you want feedback Pillows are pretty to look at but flatten too quickly. Many hotels seem to be moving to this type of pillow. It’s no fun. I miss pillows that have some support and substance.
Hallway carpet by elevators smells like mildew. It might be hard to air that out ”

“What an amazing oasis. Such a beautiful place with a great garden, gourmet restaurants and cute birds. It had everything we needed and then some. Near Lake Lodi and easy portal to wine tasting venues (even has a wine tasting room on site. Great service too. Would stay here again if in the area. ”

“Siamo arrivati in serata, la ricezionesta molto gentile ci ha detto che la piscina non era agibile, le abbiamo chiesto delle monete per la lavanderia ma non le aveva a disposizione.
La camera aveva un forte odore di cloro, il copriletto era bucato, la doccia era sporca ed impresentabile agli ospiti, l aria condizionata non funzionava, il materasso era molle e scomodo e non c’era nemmeno il frigorifero.
