A wonderful week in London
We stayed in this apartment for a week (2 adults): the position is great, just a few minutes from Bermondsey underground station and a Tesco for you daily groceries. The neighbourhood is really quiet. The location is furnished with everything for your holiday needs, it's clean and cosy. Also, Mr. Nabs is really nice and accomodating!

Cute flat
Place had everything we needed for our short stay in London. Conveniently located, could walk to many places or catch the bus right outside the door.

Neat Pad
Nice apartment, very helpful owner, little bit noisy (trains/sirens). Kitchen more suitable for those who prefer eating out than those who like cooking. Comfy bed, nice big tv and general cleaning equipment in the cupboard. Bathroom/shower a bit cramped but still quite usable. Overall apartment has enough bits and pieces to make it more of a home than others I've stayed in, but would like a fridge with a freezer compartment and maybe swap the microwave to a combined convection unit so you can heat pizza/chips etc at home.

Location, Location, Location
First of all the property was extremely clean and tidy, all necessary amenities, free Wifi, Cable TV but the location topped it all. We didn’t realize how close we were to some of the highlights in London, walking distance to be exact. We have already been asked about our experience by friends and family, absolutely recommend this property and it’s top notch service Thanks again for accommodating some of our last minute changes Melba & Rick

Two Weeks In London
My wife and I spent two weeks in this property. First off, the property is CLEAN. Nabs was very attentive for any issues relative to check in and general questions during our stay The flat is in a residential area, not a tourist area, with a measured 11 minute walk to the Tube station and much closer to bus lines. It's an easy walk to Tower Bridge as a reference. Now, we do have to comment that the flat is small, and if you are coming from the US, note that it is located on the fourth floor (in the UK, ground floor is "0"). Also, we planned on doing laundry and assumed an electric clothes dryer. But this property only had a drying 'rack' for clothes drying.... so... plan on clothes needing a full day to dry.... LOL. Bottom line, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the flat.

Fine for my one-week stay
Nabs was very communicative by text and email. I appreciate him letting me check in my jet-lagged self early. Had a minor problem, which he quickly resolved. Sleeping area is away from the street and is very quiet. The studio is perfect for a solo traveler, but two or three people might like to have a bistro table and folding chairs for taking meals. Located right on the C10 bus route, which is really convenient. A good Italian and a good French restaurant are a short walk away. It was a restful place to return to after busy days seeing the sights.

Nice convient place to stay to see the sights of London!
Three of us, two adults and one child, stayed for two weeks. Nice cozy condo on the third floor of the building. Everything needed for the time we were there was provided. Location was near central London. Easy walk to Tower Bridge, the Tube and bus stops. Several restaurants and grocery stores are located nearby. Owner was very attentive and communicated with us during our stay to make sure our needs were met. I would highly recommend for a few people on a short stay or a couple of people on a long stay. We have a pre-teenage child so it started to become tight after about a week. Well worth the stay though!

Great little spot in Southwark
This flat is small but had everything I needed for a longer stay. It's clean, compact, within easy walking distance of buses and the Jubilee line on the Underground; close to grocery shops, cafes, pubs, and the Tower Bridge. The owner is very responsive and checked in with me regularly to make sure things were going well.

A great experience
We enjoyed staying at this small apartment, the description and photos are accurate, the owner is very attentive and helped us with our schedule for the check in and check out. The location is a plus, there is a tube station near and also the Tower Bridge is very close so you can get there walking. We have no problem to recommend this place to stay and discover London.

Todo perfecto
El alojamiento es igual que las fotos. El dueño super amable y atento, no tuvimos ningun problema con el, mas preocupado por nuestra estancia imposible. La unica pega que le pongo es que las toallas y sabanas olian un poco mal, pero no nos causo problema.

Located near a Tube stop and a supermarket, perfect for seeing London.
We found this small apartment to fit all of our needs. We only needed a place to sleep, shower, make some meals and catch some World Cup matches and this fit the bill. The nearness to an Underground stop and the Tesco supermarket helped us to get around London quickly and save money on food. The owner's attentiveness was apparent and we had a fine stay in this apartment.

Appartement bien situé et bien équipé
L'hôte est très sympathique et a su répondre à tous nos besoins. L'appartement est bien équipé et situé seulement à quelques mètre du marché de maltby street. Le séjour s'est très bien déroulé, à refaire !
